Welcome to our beautifully updated home, in a peaceful beach neighborhood. Sweet Spot Getaway is a newly renovated charmer, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a neighborhood with private beach access. Take a 5 minute stroll to the beach, or drive 6 minutes to the town beach. Our home features 3 spacious bedrooms, with the main bedroom on the first floor, 2.5 updated bathrooms, a garage, and a large, open family room. There is a chef's kitchen with all the necessary amenities and new appliances. Grill and chill outside on our covered and uncovered patios, or relax in our central air conditioned, open family room. There is beautiful wood flooring and central A/C controlled by Nest thermostats throughout the entire house.

Sweet Spot Getaway is easy to get to, as it is about a 5 minute drive off the highway, and accessible to the Westbrook Shoreline East train station for access into NYC. It is the perfect location to work from home and be inspired with creativity as you relax on the quiet private neighborhood beach. Our fast Wi-Fi speeds make remote working easy.

Have an event at the Water's Edge Resort or the Elk's Lodge Attending a graduation at Yale or another university Our home can serve as a perfect family friendly alternative to staying on the resort while being only a 1 minute drive to Water's Edge, a 5 minute drive to the Elk's Lodge, and an easy 35 minute drive to Yale. Our large chef's kitchen is modern and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. We know how challenging it can be travelling with small children. Our Sweet Spot Getaway will give you the space you need for napping, meals, relaxing time, playing games in the backyard, and being able to cook in the kitchen or BBQ on the outdoor propane grill.

There is plenty of space to spread out, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a large main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, downstairs. The main bedroom has plenty of room for a portable crib (not provided) for those travelling with infants. Our home has ample space for a family reunion, or a change of scenery to spend the holidays with your friends and family. It is also perfect for a solo trip or a romantic getaway.
