Great time in beautiful spot- host is very easy to work with

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was — truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The home is fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and relax right away.The decor is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully put together, giving the entire space a warm and inviting feel. Whether we were enjoying our coffee on the deck with a view of the water or winding down in the comfortable living area, everything was just perfect.You can really tell the owners put a lot of care into making this home a top-notch experience for their guests. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again!

If you are looking for a fabulous waterfront stay - this is the place! Unbelievably well-appointed, with everything from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds to loads of recreational toys!! It’s like you were staying with friends - the house was so welcoming! Only caution is there are a fair amount of stairs so older people need to be aware.

My family looks forward to returning each year to this beautiful spot. This was our 3rd year. Fran is an unusually gracious and generous owner/property manager. Her first instinct is always, how can I make this experience better for you? She also has unusually great taste and the house is beautifully appointed and fully stocked. The view is gorgeous.

We had a reunion of girl cousins. All retired. We had a great time, never cooked, ate out or ordered food in. The house was lovely. It was stocked with every conceiveable thing needed. We would definitely come back again.

The moment you walk into this beautiful property, you feel like you are on vacation. There are so many wonderful things to say. From the thoughtful attention to detail, to the comfortable and stylish furnishings, the well stocked kitchen, the beautiful views, it’s all top notch.

Beautiful views, house. Just as portrayed in the pictures. Very comfortable. Nice to have the kayaks, swim right out the back door etc…. Responsive host. It is very close to other houses though and we had renters next door that partied the entire night. The host did call the other owners when we spoke to her the next day and the rest of the stay was fine. This seemed likely to be out of the ordinary though so don’t think it should interfere with decisions to rent this property as it was great in every other way.

After selling our own home on the beach, we became summer renters. Our first 3 experiences were disappointing. But I knew this would be different as soon as we walked in. Next summer will be our 3rd time -- and I hope to continue. The place is well designed, well furnished and very well stocked. It's a beautiful location and Fran is incredibly responsive whenever anything comes up. This summer will be our 3rd - and I hope to continue.

We didn't want to leave! All the people we bumped into were super kind and welcoming. The host provided everything we could ever need for relaxing indoors and out. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The outdoor space is amazing and we loved stepping straight into the water. I even fished from the steps! We hope to be back again!
