This renovated 3BR/2.5BA home is only steps from the beach and pool at Lost Colony, the only resort community in Port Aransas that sits directly on the closest dunes to the beach. You'll love the amazing ocean views from the two outdoor decks, and you'll be only minutes away from all the Port A shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Two oceanfront decks are perfect for family gatherings or quiet relaxation: a large second-story deck has room for the group to dine and lounge, while a small third-story deck off the master bedroom is a quiet place for morning coffee or evening conversation.

Property is 100 feet from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is right off the deck and the pool is behind the home.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Featuring comfortable seating in seashore colors, driftwood accents and a large flat-screen TV, the open living room is ideal for post-beach gatherings. Here, a queen-size Murphy bed folds out to accommodate two additional guests.

Adjacent, a sun-filled dining area features a wooden table with chair and bench seating for six. Open the doors to the patio to let the ocean breeze in, or take your meals outside and enjoy them on a second-story oceanfront deck.

Three bedrooms offer plush bedding and cozy accommodations. An ocean-view third-floor master suite has a king-size bed, abundant natural light and access to a private balcony where two can lounge in the sun.

The second bedroom, also on the third floor, is a queen-size bed with bright and cheery décor.

The third bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has a double bed with a twin trundle.

Enjoy the convenience of two and half bathrooms, updated and full of beach chic finishes. Upstairs you’ll find two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower. On the second story is an additional half bath.

Guest amenities include parking for up to four vehicles and a washer/dryer.

Here, you’re perfectly positioned to make the most of your Lost Colony location. Soak in the sun by the community pool, just steps away, or wander the wooden boardwalk just outside your home that leads right to the sun, surf and sand.

You’re just 10 minutes from downtown’s shopping, dining, nightlife and excitement. Enjoy casual fare in laidback digs at Beach and Station Street Grill or gourmet seafood and steak at Roosevelt’s.

THINGS TO KNOW
LOCAL ORDINANCES Due to the extreme risk to individual safety and property, city ordinance strictly prohibits the use of any type of cooking grills within 10' of a rental home, and never on any decks or balconies. Violators are subject to significant fines from the city and are responsible for all damage and liabilities. In addition to penalties enforced by the city, any renter that is caught violating the ordinance will be subject to a $1,000 fine by Lost Colony. Please help ensure a safe stay for you and all of those around you by adhering to this ordinance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    I first stayed at Lost Colony condos in 1981but haven't been back since early 1990's after having a bad experience. Each condo has a view of the beach where you can hear the roar of the Gulf of Mexico, super short walk on the boardwalk to the beach or the pool and private parking. We chose this condo because it is dog friendly. It was clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fine, everything worked well enough given that this condo is well over 30 years old. I would definitely bring my family here again.

    The house was nicely kept with an amazing view and easy beach access. Lots of items to use if you choose to spend time on the beach. We were there the first week of February, so it was nice and quiet, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We would definitely stay there again.

    We loved the location of the beach house - just steps away from the beach! The balconies were wonderful in the morning and evening as we admired the beautiful view. We were especially happy that the house was dog friendly so we could bring our fur babies! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels etc… for the weekend. The communication with Vacasa was very good and we had no questions regarding the check in/out process. Definitely a great getaway weekend!!

    We really enjoyed the house and the view being so close to the beach. It was well equipped except that the coffee maker didn’t work. It was reported with no resolution so I ended up driving in to the city to buy a new one in the evening so we could have coffee the next morning.

    Beach views, ocean sounds, and comfy beds made for a fabulous time with family in this rental. We had so much fun and enjoyed how close it was to the boardwalk, pool and beach. The house is in a smaller neighborhood that is fairly far from the party central of Port Aransas, so the vibe was very relaxed throughout our stay. Just what we needed! Great amenities, including beach towels, chairs and beginner sand castle making tools! We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

    The condo was as expected and we loved the close proximity to the beach and the swimming pool. Access to beach toys was nice. We found these in the garage and enjoyed using them and leaving them for the next renters.
