Updated Forest Park 3 BR Bungalow

Overall stay was amazing. Property had everything we needed. Only thing that caught us off guard was when we were checking out, we didn’t realize that people were coming to do yard work. It would have been nice to know ahead of time since they were opening gates and coming back and forth.

Traveled with two other adults for a wedding. Lots of room to spread out and for each of us to have our own bedroom. Photos are accurate, and the house is even more spacious than the pictures indicate. Beautifully decorated, quiet, and nice to have off-street parking. Kitchen is well stocked with condiments so we were able to eat in a few times. The local neighborhood is charming and walkable, with many groceries, shops, and restaurants not more than five minutes away. Metra train station to Chicago an easy walk. Wi-fi worked great. All in all a terrific base for a wonderful Chicago getaway.

Overall, this was a great place to stay and is an awesome price. It is in a prime location, easily accessible to downtown Chicago. It is also easy to accommodate multiple people (we had 5) and our dogs. The yard is fully fenced, which is great for the dogs to run around. The place is clean, and the instructions are straightforward. I would stay here again.

The house had everything you could need for an extended stay, and was thoughtfully equipped with pet friendly accommodations (extra bowls, extra throw blankets dedicated for dog usage, etc.).

The place was immaculate, the bed was really comfortable and having a fenced backyard was super convenient for my dog. James was very responsive to any questions. Because the house is centrally located within Oak Park, we will definitely be staying here again when coming to visit my daughter who was a 4 minute drive away.

Perfect location for families (esp. with pets) who want a Chicago neighborhood experience with easy access to the CTA to get downtown.

As a whole, the house was very nice. It only had one bathroom, but did cause some difficulties, but we made it through. The house was clean and well-maintained. The tricky part was getting an Uber as it would come out front and we use the back door. Other than that, we were very happy with our accommodations.

The house was very cute. It had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and it was a great location. It snowed one day and they had someone blowing the snow off the sidewalks and parking area for us. It was a great help.

Good location for us. A lot of extras provided.. laundry products, & kitchen & bathroom items were appreciated, as was use of garage. LR area rug needs to be replaced, it only looks clean underneath the coffee table. The rest of the house was clean & tidy.

Highest recommendation! The home is great. It's well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space. The parking place is very covenient. We could easily cook in the nice kitchen. The grill was an added bonus. The location is great. The neighborhood is safe. Public transportation is close for an easy trip into downtown. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed the birds, trees and squirrels. It felt like an oasis from the bustling city. Check in and communication were perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

This house was PERFECT for us during our time in Chicago. Located in a beautiful and quiet western suburb, it was lovely to return to after a day in the city. Very easy to take the El to get to and from downtown. The house was absolutely what the pictures show. Roomy and clean. I would definitely stay there again!!

House was very clean and in a great location for us visiting family in the town! If we needed to get to the city, it’s literally a block from the train or near enough to uber. We really appreciated the yard and dog crate for our pup. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great neighborhood. It was also nice to have our own parking and not having to pay extra. Everything was very straightforward and l was initially worried because one of my kids is highly sensitive to scents and gets sick easily when exposed to that but I was happy to realize that the house was cleaned with non toxic products and was not scented but still smelled fresh and awesome .l will be booking with you again. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very cute and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood (Oak Park/Forest Park areas) with easy access to 290 that takes you straight to the heart of downtown Chicago. The house had many amenities and you can tell the hosts are very considerate/thoughtful. Would highly recommend!

The home is warm and inviting just like the pictures. Parking in the back of the house was easy. We cooked several times, pans, spices and dishes are available. The neighborhood is only about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed our stay

My friend and I used this property as home base for a weekend trip to Chicago. The green line is a 5 minute walk, and then 30 minute ride to downtown. We also stopped at the conservatory which was wonderful.The Frank Lloyd Wright house is a 20 minute walk. We ate at several restaurants within walking distance. Citrine was our favorite and the Broken Tart for coffee and cake.The house was very comfortable and well stocked. It is very clean. All the bedrooms are off street side, and very quiet. The dedicated parking spot was great. Parking is tricky in Chicago, so we never drove once we parked at the house. I would definitely recommend this house, we had a wonderful stay.

This Forest Park bungalow was perfect for our ladies weekend. It is clean, comfortable, updated, charming, well stocked with supplies, has off-street parking, and is convenient to the city. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Property was in a fabulous location - near to the airport and easy access to freeways as well as restaurants and stores. Off street parking was great and house was neat & clean - older but nicely remodeled. Owners were easy to reach.

My family stayed this past weekend and had absolutely no complaints. Property is as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. My last minute request to check out an hour late was met with understanding and flexibility. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We would stay again. Property was very clean & well-kept, kitchen well-equipped, bedrooms were clean & comfortable. Appreciated having W & D (& also detergent). Access to garage was great. Would suggest a change of LR area rug. Would stay there again. detergent
