Stayed Apr 10, 2026Complete FAILURE on EVERY level!We've used the Vrbo App for over 3 years now without any issues, which is why we gave Management the opportunity to FIX the MULTIPLE mistakes that they made!To many mistakes to address on this forum!The absolute worst part is the LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of their many failures, the most egregious being a Double Booking booking our party into a rental that had already been booked & rented out for the weekend!How did we find out, it wasn't from the Management Staff, in fact a week later and all we have heard is crickets, apparently once your money has been banked your all ALONE!No we found out whilst attempting to check into the rental, by the other party they overbooked the rental to, that's how we were informed, and after literally HOURS wasted on the phone, we ended up with our group broken up, spread out, some forced to leave, traveling hundreds of miles to get back home!We finally ended up in a rental that was everything except for (what we picked)!One of the reasons we used the app!It was a (3) three story house that was intended for multiple families or a large party group, definitely NOT elderly gentlemen on a weekend retreat!Complete with staircases from high anxiety! Something some of us older people usually shy away from, the main event a hot tube was removed from our weekend as the Rental we ended up in lacked the Real Amenities we had choosen to book our weekend rental!WE ADVISE YOU TO RUN! CHOOSE ANOTHER SERVICE!

Stayed Oct 24, 2025The house doesn’t have a direct view of the beach but it is cozy and well stocked. The pictures really don’t show the beauty of this house. We had four people, plenty of room for everyone. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Everything was amazing as always! The larger bunkbeds really helped with my growing boys. Thank you for having the hot tub on and ready. We had great weather and really enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing we needed was more chlorine tablets for the hot tub. We will be booking again for next summer soon. Thank you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I love this quiet, cozy and peaceful retreat right next to the ocean. I slept with the windows open while listening to the waves. The backyard is amazing with the big patio, grill and hot tub. The kitchen and living room are perfect for hanging out with family and friends after a day on the beach. Can't wait to visit again soon!
