Updated dog-friendly condo with pool & hot tub access - close to national parks

The house was clean, we had everything we needed to cook meals together, and do laundry. We were visiting my son who is a rock climbing guide in Moab and lives in a camper. We loved having him with us for a few days. The showers were wonderful after a day of climbing. It was just 10 minutes from downtown. It was perfect and we already want to go back!

This property was perfect for our family of five. Everyone enjoyed having the extra room to spread out after being in hotels for days leading up to this stop, and having two showers was also a wonderful benefit! The kitchen is well-stocked, the home is comfortable and beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus to relax in after hiking in Moab all day.

It has been an amazing stay for us for our visit to the Arches National Park. The check in instructions were spot on and the house was really comfy.

Comfortable beds and well laid out design.

We felt right at home during our 8 night stay. Everything we needed was provided. The powerful AC and ceiling fans kept us nice and cool during our down time, we had a few 100 degree days, so we're grateful for that. Beds were comfortable.

Clean and convenient. Also had a place for our truck/trailer close to the property.

Clean, quiet, close to attractions

Since it could be a one and off... I wasn’t going to post a review but every attempt to do that failed. But as stated above. Upon first arriving the place seemed clean, orderly and well equipped. A pleasant space. We enjoyed many activities including Arches, Canyonlands x2, rafting , Dead Horse Point. And we did experience some cleaning issues. The toilet in one bedroom was unflushed full of toilet paper. The other bathroom shower had blue drips down the tile ( some were still there when I left) and on the glass door. There was spilled blue I assume conditioner on the shelf. When cooking we found a skillet with baked on food and multiple utensils which were dirty. Also I would recommend more transparency regarding location and highway noise.. It would be nice to hear back from Vacasa or host . Since this seems to be an automated line.

Great trip with friends, enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a great location just south of Moab, perfect for sitting out at night looking at the stars.

Overall the townhouse is fantastic, the cleanliness was impeccable and the place is very spacious. With the heat in Moab the pool is awesome. However if you are not use to road noise this is not your place. The major highway through Moab runs 100 yards from the townhouse. Tractor trailers run this all night long. I feel the listing should indicate this prior to reservation.

Great place at a great price.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental during our recent vacation to the Moab area. The home is well-stocked with amenities to make your stay comfortable, and it was great to have space to spread out. The two showers was a bonus to expedite the process each night after hiking in the sandy National parks. The pool and hot tub were also great features, and the home is close enough to everything you'd want to do in Moab. We loved our time here!

Great space just outside of downtown for great views and relaxation after the parks. Immaculately clean and with a pool, great space for hiking, having a swim and then grilling your own dinner. Close enough to downtown if you don’t feel like cooking or want a draft or cocktail.

Home was clean and organized. I like that the vacation property owners messages us the rental was available prior to our check in time. We were able to save a few hours! Pool area is nice and enough pool towels were provided, which doesn’t always happen at rentals. I was worried about the firmness of the beds but they were comfortable - could have been the miles we hiked! Located in a fairly quiet area, a slight drive outside of downtown Moab - highly recommend! Thanks for making everything easy!!
