Updated coastal home with covered patio, grill, alfresco dining, streaming, & AC

Our recent stay at this VACASA property was disappointing due to several avoidable issues.One of the main frustrations was the condition of the outdoor amenities. The grill was in extremely poor shape rusted, unsafe, and clearly overdue for replacement. On our first attempt to use it, it flared into a grease fire, and the neighbors even offered us their grill after noticing its condition. The outdoor furniture was also dirty and covered in bird droppings, making it unpleasant to use.Another major issue was the coffee maker. I purchased groceries and K-cups only to discover the machine didn’t work; it simply blinked and never brewed. I reported both the grill and the coffee maker to VACASA’s customer service, but the only response I consistently received was, “We’ll let the local team know.” Unfortunately, no one ever followed up or addressed the concerns during our stay.While the interior of the house itself was clean and comfortable, the lack of functioning basic amenities combined with poor customer service overshadowed the positives. It was also discouraging to see neighboring properties with much better maintained outdoor areas, which highlighted the neglect at ours.The lack of responsiveness and care left us very dissatisfied with this stay, and we will not be booking through VACASA again.

The place was nice on the surface but was actually quite dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of getting out of the shower. We found a piece of food under the couch, and there was a baking tray in the cupboard that still had food stuck to it. There were only two towels for a place that accommodates 10+. There was very loud construction right next door all day long that made naps for my little ones very difficult. VRBO made communication much better to help ease the concerns but we won’t be staying here in the future.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was a leak in one of the showers and maintenance had to come work on the house and the owners were super sweet and apologetic about everything and left us some bread oil! Maintenance men were great and very respectful. Over all we had a great time!

Furniture, fixtures, appliances were new. Dishware was chipped and broken. Had lots of kinks for a new community/house. Seems like there is no local oversight or assistance when guest need something corrected. Will not rent from Vacasa again have had better service from other rental platforms

The house was spacious. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds. It was nice to have the extra room with a queen. Three full baths was also a plus!! There were plenty of bath towels and Vacasa beach towels. Kitchen and dining area had plenty of seating for a big family. The family room couches were very comfortable. Beds were cozy. Seating below the house was nice. There was patio furniture and a picnic table. There was also a corn hole game and 2 BBQ pits. We enjoyed playing board and card games that were provided while sitting in the outside area. We could park to full size trucks below the house and another vehicle in front of the house. The only thing the house lacked was an outside area to secure belongings such as fishing poles, ice chest and boogie boards. We have stayed at many different rental properties and this one was by far one of the best properties that we have stayed at!!
