Stayed Jul 17, 2025Great location and clean unit. Everything in the description is 100% accurate. Very well stocked. We only ran into a couple of “issues” but nothing we brought up with property management. It just wasn’t worth it. The unit had a “stale” smell when we came in. I don’t know when it was last rented or if the HVAC had been turned off or what. I turned the HVAC down to get the fan running. It took about 24-48 hours and the smell was gone. One of the toilets was easy to clog, but we managed. The garbage disposal didn’t work, but we weren’t there long enough for that to be a problem either.Overall we would DEFINITELY stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Amelia Island.
