This is a duplex with the front right unit for our guests. Time and thought have been put into the comfort and decor, to makeour guests have a memorable experience.

This townhouse/duplex is a new build with lots of natural light, high ceilings and an open floor plan. We know it can be hard to remember everything when you are traveling so we have tried to do that for you. We provide a hair dryer, and iron for our guests convenience. This town house also has a full kitchen stocked well stocked. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We have a smart T.V. A back porch where you can relax in the evening.

Both bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs there is a sleeper sofa and a half bathroom.

We are readily available by phone or text throughout the guests stay.

We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Conveniently located minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Our home is approximately 25 min to downtown Franklin and 35 min to downtown Nashville.

We recommend that guests have a car to get around.

A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

    We were in the home for 3 weeks during a stay in Spring HIll for our toddler to receive therapy at CLIMB Pediatric Intensive Therapy. The location was just perfect. The house is less than a half-mile from Main Street, but nestled at the back of a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and fully stocked, which most are not. There is a large backyard and easy parking out front. We would definitely stay here again and thank the owner for the listing!

    Overall, it was a good stay. Owner was very good at communicating. I didn’t catch though that all the bedrooms were upstairs till I got there lol which was OK. Also, I think somebody must have smoked in the house on the previous stay. I think this was a non-smoking property so I guess somebody didn’t pay attention or something anyway it was a good property.

    We live out of state and were in town for a surprise birthday. This house was close to restaurants, shopping and easy to get to the interstate yet in a quite neighborhood. We would rent this house again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to be, was easy to get to, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Everything was set up nicely, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and sitting out on the back deck was very enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here and know that we will again next time we come.

    This is one of the top places I’ve stayed, almost perfect. It is clean, well maintained, commutation is exceptional, closest to description I’ve ever seen and close to town if you need/ forgot anything. The neighborhood is quiet and a couple dead ends on roads near the home so no through traffic, it sits at the end. Only thing I would suggest so their is an option ate black out curtains for people who need dark to sleep or need extra sleep but the light is too bright and for when it storming to block it out. There are shades which is good this would just make it a little more top notch in my opinion. Thank you for the stay, it was wonderful, would most definitely stay again.
