*PARKING: 3 cars in driveway MAX! Street parking is PROHIBITED and your car will get towed.
*NO sending or receiving mail or packages of any kind.
*NO PETS. If you sneak in a pet, you will be told to leave with no refund.
*We provide just enough essentials (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags in bottom of trash cans and coffee supplies) for you to get your stay started:)
*Washer and dryer use are available upon request. The laundry room has a locked door and you will need to request the code.

Please no sneaking guests over outside of initial booking without host knowledge/approval and please be honest about who you are and who exactly is checking in.
