The main level of the home features two king master suites, each with double vanities in the bathrooms and huge walk-in closets. The living room has a high definition, flat screen Satellite TV, CD player with outside deck speakers, DVD player with tons of DVDs for all ages, and comfortable leather couch set. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen has double ovens, microwave, gas cook top, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and island counter with 8 stools. The dining area has a large wood table with two removable leaves that can adjust to seat between 4-8 people. The laundry room/mud room has a large washer and dryer, built in ironing board with iron, and extra kitchen appliances and supplies. The Trex deck can be accessed from the living room, dining area, or west side master with new (2018) Weber gas barbecue/grill, and 180 degree, million-dollar views of stunning Hayden Lake. Brand new high-end deck furniture in 2018 features two large tile tables with 12 chairs, large umbrella for shade, love seat with small tile table, two chairs with foot rests, and two deck chairs for sunbathing.

The lower level of the home features 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed, and two bedrooms that each have two bunk beds in them.
