We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for where my boys were playing baseball around the area. The home was well prepared and well kept. The only issue we had was that the neighbors dog came through the fence at one point. Overall the stay was very good.

This property was very close to Texas Tech and very clean. I would stay again.

Don’t let the small size for you. We’re comparable prices to a hotel. I would rather spend the night here for all the comforts at home.

The location of this property was perfect for a quick visit with our TTU student. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the ability to utilize the garage. We hope to come back soon!

an amazing experience, clean, quaint Homie, and very hospitable you can’t go wrong staying here. Anytime I visit Lubbock. I will always stay at this location. It’s a must and hopefully once people realize and understand how wonderful it is the price won’t go up.

This was a cute home, very clean, and all my teenage son and I needed for a quick 3 night visit with my son who is a freshman at TTU. It was a quick few minute drive to the university dorm to pick up my son and to all the homecoming events. The neighbors were a bit loud, which woke us both Friday and Saturday nights with loud music. I found a fan in the master closet to help drown out noise. A fan to help with noise would be a nice addition for each room. There was no live tv so watching the college football games Sat was tricky. Streaming services were available, but only usable in the LR if you had your own accounts. I would rent this place again if it were just 2 to 3 of us again, but I can't see more than 4 people staying here comfortably. The coffee pods and welcome snacks and water were a nice touch. Comfy beds, clean home, and fresh updates made this a good rental for us. We had to contact the owner at check in, but he was nice, helpful, and quick to resolve our door lock code issue.

This wonderful home was even nicer than the images. Absolutely clean and cozy and one of the nicest listings we've had the pleasure of staying at in Lubbock. Very central location close to anything you need. Not that we needed to communicate with our wonderful host but the contact we did have with David was super timely and their instructions on check in and out were very helpful. Look forward to staying here again!!!
