Unique Waterfront Beach House, 1 mile from Friday Harbor

We had a lovely time staying in Nigel's home! It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The nature and views are a nice bonus.

I walked into the house and gasped, WOW. When the tide is in it's almost like you're on a boat. And it just got better from there. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable sectional for both of us to stretch out and great beds. There was a huge map so you could appreciate where you are in the scheme of things. Hooks by the front door—thoughtful. Nigel was super responsive. Thumbs up on this house. Will be back.

Walking into the house, it was exactly as it is posted, but of course better in person! The setup was perfect for my family. The view was absolutely amazing! We had a couple of days of sun and one with rain, and we enjoyed all the weather changes from the house. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is everything it is advertised to be...and more! The waterfront house is immaculate, comfortable, and extremely well-stocked with kitchenware, cookware, and anything necessary for cooking. The view is spectacular and peaceful which describes our week's stay. Nigel, the host, is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay (with a wonderful view).

We had a great stay as a family of four (parents, 4.5 year old and infant) along with Grabdma. The location is great however not within walking distance to the downtown with kids in our opinion. It was a very fast drive though. The location being right in the water was amazing. The house had comfortable beds and most kitchen items we needed as we cooked every meal (kid with allergy). The cleanliness could be improved upon. The floors weren’t very clean. The wash machine was very dirty and we were planning on using for our baby’s clothing items but couldn’t even after my husband spent about 45 mins deep cleaning the rubber gasket and drum. Aside from this we’d recommend this location. Thoroughly enjoyed out time on the island!

We had so much fun watching the wildlife in front of this house. Absolutely amazing! An experience that we will never forget.

Another great stay at Cannery Row. We saw tons of wildlife (including a silver fox) and enjoyed the peaceful setting on the water. This place is a gem.

We were here for my Mother’s funeral so needed a place close to Jackson Beach. House was very clean. Has 2 bedrooms with I believe queen size beds and one Murphy bed that could sleep 2. Right on the beach. Would recommend

We had an absolute blast exploring Friday Harbor, San Juan Island and staying in an extremely welcoming and relaxing home.

Lovely home right on a small bay by the cannery. We had a great time and even out the murphy bed to good use. The owner was beyond accomodating. A more comfortable couch would be the only suggestion.

We just finished our third year of coming to this property. It’s an absolute gem and we will continue to come back.

This is our 3rd time staying at Nigel's property in Friday Harbor. The location is perfect, the amenities are exactly what you need, and the setting is one of a kind. We're already looking forward to visit #4.

This house was perfect for our visit. The location was convenient to the town, being right on water was so fun, and the house itself was clean and full of games for the kids. The owner was very easy to get hold of. A great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had e bikes and found the ride to the town was great. The ride out to the cattle point light house was a little precarious as the road was very busy and not the best for bikers. We had fun watching the salt river during the tide changes. Overall, a great place

We very much enjoyed our stay. A mile from Friday Harbor and a very unique location on the water. We saw an otter, seal, eagles and heron sitting out in the chairs adjacent to the water.
