Stayed Aug 19, 2025The Grand Junction guest suite was the perfect lodging for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, airy and welcoming, and provided an aesthetically, interesting and pleasing experience each day as we returned from hiking and sightseeing. This is not a typical rental, from the high-quality fixtures, appliances, and plumbing, the excellent bedding, linens/towels and furniture, high ceilings, concrete floors, triple paned windows and doors, thick exterior walls, covered parking and an overall attention to detail impressed us greatly. We especially appreciated the natural landscaping which made wild turkey and deer easily seen. I hope the owner keeps the yard in native grasses, which feed the turkey. The house is in a rural setting with wonderful views of the Colorado national Monument, the entrance of which is about a 20 minute drive away. I recommend this property highly and entirely without reservation.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Excellent, all the way around! The owner is super friendly and almost immediately responsive, in the event that you need anything. The house was pristine. So beautiful! The property is like an apartment on the side of the homeowner’s residence, with a separate entrance. It has a very modern look and is well stocked with all of the essentials. They even had drinks in the refrigerator and snacks for us when we arrived. It was so clean that I was comfortable walking around bare foot. The house is located roughly 5-10 minutes away from numerous restaurants. It is roughly 20 minutes away from the lake. We will be back in Colorado again next year and would love the opportunity to stay in the same home again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming place and sharing your space with us!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025This property had stunning views and was very quiet and private. Even though the owner lives on site, we never heard or saw him. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and the host was very quick in communicating with us.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025This was a wonderful, quiet place surrounded with beauty. The Colorado Monument had some wonderful hiking and there were plenty of mountain biking trail options nearby.

Stayed May 9, 2025The apartment was cozy and well equipped, the host was very gracious and easy to communicate with. The view from the deck was outstanding! Very peaceful with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
