Enjoyable as usual!

Perfect 2 bedroom for me and my husband, our daughter, and our grandpup!! Cozy (by no means small), decorated to make you feel at home, and a perfect location for privacy but close to Grand Junction’s shopping district and downtown nightlife. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours!

This adorable modern farmhouse is less than 20min to town/restaurants & approx 25mins to Lunch Loop & awesome MTB trails. Which means you can go back to your quiet home for absolute peace & quiet in the beautiful countryside at the end of the day. Best of both worlds. Perfect location. I highly recommend it!

Loved everything about this place

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay! The house was so nice and new and clean. Bed was super comfortable and we loved the bathroom.Highly recommmend!

We were in Junction for a concert, doctor appointments, and motorcycle riding. Plenty of room for the truck and trailer and our dog enjoyed the property and spent most of his time on the patio out back. Cute little house, perfect for the three of us!

Quiet, pretty place with great views. The only drawback was the two story unit close by so the hot tub area was not as private as it looked online.

This lovely little house is spacious inside and very clean. Seems like it's fairly new. I love being in a rural setting.

The house is new seeming. It's lovely, charming and well-appointed. Everything works well. I travel with my dogs and the house works well for them. Could only be better with a fenced yard for the pooches. I just love this place. It's clean and well maintained. The host is very quick to reply to messages--the best of any of the many I've encountered. I love the views and the serenity of the rural location. Although I only stay in Grand Junction on my way to and from Denver, my husband and I are considering visiting the area to sight see mostly because we've found the perfect vacation rental to stay in.

We stayed just one night. Everything was clean, comfortable and totally cute. Bonus, it was super quiet. We were so happy to have our dogs with us. We walked them in the big open field in the morning. Didn’t use the hot tub, but I can imagine it would be lovely at sunset. I have recommended this place to so many friends.

This house feels new and very clean, we enjoyed our stay! One thing to mention is that there is now another unit on the property which wasn't expected from the photos and privacy description. We choose rentals specifically looking for wide open spaces where we can comfortably bring our dogs, so we would have preferred to know that there was another unit not far away.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Out in the country but a short drive (under 10 min) to town. Owner got back with me immediately regarding request for pack-and-play. And we enjoyed the swings, horseshoes, and firepit. Appreciate the binder with all the info regarding the property and area. Highly recommend for families and couples!

This home is so user friendly and close to both Grand Junction and Fruita. Enjoyed the cleanliness the quietness. Hope to be able to stay again sometime!
