Unique Bermuda retreat with large cave & panoramic pool nestled into hillside

The property was beautiful. The caves are magical. And the property manager/hosts could not have been more helpful.

Fabulous Bermuda home! The architecture is amazing and so much room for all of our family. The outside pool area is like you are in a rain forest jungle with a beautiful breeze! The upper deck is perfect for late afternoon cocktails and conversation and then a great view of the sunset over Harrington Sound. Our family stayed there for our sons wedding and it was a most memorable week! Thank you Phoebe for hosting us!!! We will come again!!!

This is a truly luxurious experience. The main house is modern, clean and bright. The pool area is compact, but perfect for a group of friends to use as a hangout spot. The caves merit a review all alone. What an incredible experience!

Staying in this house is not like staying in a rental… it’s like visiting your interesting and artistic friend’s place, and she is just away for the weekend. We loved staying here - beautiful views and gardens, lots of cool spaces to read or have a drink, nice pool, huge kitchen… just a really great place for family/friends to visit. It might not be ideal for very little kids (lots of nice things they might break… and stairs up to pool and fire pit might be not great for little ones), but otherwise nothing but positives. Also, the owner and caretaker were super easy to communicate with and very helpful with info on activities. Another plus —the unique access to the caves, with a fascinating and informative tour by Jen. We had a wonderful stay and would come again!

We have stayed in several rental properties in Bermuda and this is by far our favorite. The location is convenient to the airport, St. George, town, Tuckers, and the bus stop is right out front with a safe place to stand. The most unique feature is the cave - you can't swim in a cave on any other rental property as far as I know. The sunset over Harrington Sound from the upper deck is the 2nd best feature. It's also a beautiful location to read or meditate. And the property is beautiful inside and feels like home (we stayed for 2 weeks). It has every amenity you can think of - huge kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms, comfy beds, pool, firepit, snorkel stuff, tennis rackets, beach chairs & towels, fancy coffee maker, and the list goes on. They mentioned getting more games and puzzles which would be helpful for a rainy day. We will definitely be staying there again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, which will be a core memory for all of us, including the children (4-10 years old). Scott and Phoebe were wonderful throughout our stay and even after our stay too as I accidentally left a luggage bag behind! The house was beautifully decorated and the land was so spirited and stunning. We hope to return.

Leamington Caves is an absolute home run. The house and entire property exceeded our expectations. Every detail of each room is outstanding. The house is large enough for all guests to enjoy their own space...inside or out and multiple rooms, terraces and other outside spaces are large enough for all to collect. Scott, the property manager in Bermuda was outstanding. In addition to being a wonderful steward of the island, Scott guided some of us through a fantastic swim in the actual Leamington Caves. That is a memory we will cherish forever. Lastly, Phoebe, the owner, was exceptionally gracious, arranged for an early check in and was accommodating and responsive at every level. Our family stayed at Leamington Caves in August and had an unforgettable stay at this remarkable Bermuda home. The inside of the main house is state of the art and can comfortably fit a family of 10, if necessary, with a spacious kitchen and common area for relaxing in the A/C. However the outdoor space is unmatched. There is a sizable front lawn with an elevated pool/pool-deck area that sits above the house with a view of Harrington Sound, in addition to the yoga deck and fire pit over the pool area which offers a stunning 180 degree of the Sound. We had family and friends for drinks in the evening and the sunset views were iconic. Lastly and not least, this property has private access to the Leamington Caves (namesake for the property), which visitors have exclusive access to - for light spelunking and even a supervised swim for those who are brave. It may seem like a gimmick, until the Owners take you through the weaving tunnels to see the caves yourself. Truly incredible. There is no other property on the island like it.

We had a wonderful time at this incredibly gorgeous house . Very spacious , beautifully decorated , absolutely everything you need ! And swimming in the private caves is a bonus! Thank you for allowing us to share in your private sanctuary
