Extraordinary Bermuda retreat w/large cave, panoramic pool and viewing deck.

Beautiful property, well-maintained and unique house and grounds - loved the cave!Ideal for large groups. Raj, the manager, was super-helpful and very kind, led our tour of the cave masterfully. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Exceeded my expectations! We had a large group and this was the perfect amount of space for us all. Lots of room and lots of nooks for privacy & chill time as well. The host was amazing and answered many questions for us before and during our stay.

What an amazing place! 14 of us stayed for a post wedding family reunion and Leamington Caves provided everything we could have needed. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Andrew and Phoebe were excellent in their communication and Raj the property manager ensured everything ran like clockwork. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to host a large group.

We are a family of 15. The home is beyond spectacular! Everything about it far exceeds expectations. The home is spacious, architecturally stunning, and yet so comfortable. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed great family time there.Bucket list alert - swimming in the cave is a must experience event! The youngest swimmer was 2 and the oldest 71. I could go on and on but I’ll summarize by saying that there are not enough stars on the rating scale to describe what an amazing experience awaits you. We cannot wait to go back!

It was our first trip to Bermuda so we wanted a strong base for exploring but also for hanging out confortably and enjoying each others company but also, with young adults and their signifucant others, wanted private spaces as well and this property delivered in spades! The rooms are all laid out as private, the deck above the pool was a yoga retreat in the morning and a run tasting/fire pit in the evenings. We could all cook and clean up in the kitchen around the large butcher block table and we enjoyed the dining room for some wonderful meals. Bonuses were the snorkel equipment, ping pong table and yard where this soccer/football family played short pass/juggling. The caves were the icing on top; I highly recommend waiting for the last day of your stay as it was fun talking about that exploration for four days before we did it…and it did NOT disappoint! Taxis found us easily, the bus stop is literally right in front of the house, the Swizzle Inn is a 3 minute ride and we walked to Crystal Caves/Blue Hole/Walshingham Preserve. Thank you Phoebe!!!

I have traveled the world and been blessed to stay in some incredible five-star locations, but this property blew them all out of the water! It is truly a wonder, full of history, with hidden areas of delight and magic around every corner. My group of 16 was left in awe, with memories that will last a lifetime. The owner, Phoebe, was extremely responsive prior to the booking and contributed greatly to the success of our trip. Her property manager, Jen, has been a patron of the property since it was open to the public when she was a child. It is now private, and the only way you get to experience it is to rent it fully, as my group did. Jen was amazing. She gave us an incredible cave tour that left us all speechless. She truly went above and beyond for our group, ensuring every detail was perfect and making us feel at home. Her love for the property showed in everything she did to take care of us. The pool is wonderful, the views are incredible, and the beds are comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the kitchen is well stocked and easily accommodated our professional chef team. The caves are so stunning we couldn't pick our jaws up off the floor when we went in. The home is older, and you need to be kind to it, careful with it, and respect it. But if you ever get the privilege of renting this spectacular location, you will not regret it. I could go on and on—just book it!

Fabulous! Gorgeous gracious home wit guest house, everything our family of 14 could want, lots of indoor space for gathering together and beautiful outdoor spaces, pool and upper deck to enjoy the magnificent sunsets together. Kitchen had everything we wanted for making food and for having a personal chef come in. People should know that the pool, which is beautiful and wonderful to hang out around is not designed for actual swimming, and that while there's lovely places all around to walk, beach, etc...one needs to use taxis or public transportation as the roads are narrow in that area. Still, it is a fantastic place for a family gathering!!

12 of us, 6 adults and 6 infants, stayed at this elegant house with adjacent guest house for 6 days. House could easily accommodate more. Served as an excellent venue to celebrate a major birthday of the matriarch of the family. Has large bedrooms with excellent amenities, like beautiful bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens. Has lovely pool as well as access to private cave. Requires taxi rides to beaches, town, or restaurants. We made arrangements for delivery of dinner each night from a local restaurant. This is a perfect choice for a gathering of family or friends.
