Property was perfect for our girls trip. House is absolutely beautiful. Property management was very responsive. Nice to have bikes. And the community pools are amazing. Would definitely come back

This was our first visit at Rosemary Beach and we loved it. Shopping/restaurants are all a short walk or bike ride from the house. I think it’s one of the prettiest houses around the area. Loved our stay!!

The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well outfitted. There were a few hiccups - the electronic bolt didn't work on the front door, so we could only use the back door - and this prevented us from getting in the house by about an hour.A few of the appliances need to be updated - the coffee maker is just about ready to go and required finese and patience to operate, there is only one very old hair dryer in the 4 bedroom house, and just 5 hangers in the entire house.There are no beach towels on property - which is odd given this a a vacation beach house. Travel with huge towels is inconvenient.A normal car is difficult to park in the garage with extremely narrow door opening, and the second parking slot is unusable as loaded with storage from the house. No remote garage door opener provided, so someone always needed to jump out, run around the house to open the garage door. When other guests arrived for carriage rental, they blocked us in by simply parking on the pad outside the two garage doors.When I offered these suggestions to the management company, they responded that we should have called to let the company know while we were there. I say, you should have the house ready for guests before they arrive. (Come on, reviews going back years have the same comments and complaints).Don't be deterred from renting this wonderful home, just set expectations properly with the management company right away. (They were very prompt to respond).

Perfect location and walking/biking distance to all the great spots. My mom, sisters and I loved the house. It was super cute and spacious for our long weekend girls trip.

The only improvement I could say is that having beach towels available would be helpful, as well as standard pantry items (salt, pepper, extra paper towels), but otherwise was a 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to come back!
