Uncorked Carriage House- Perfect Location for A Cozy Rosemary Beach Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was great for a little solo getaway. It took me a while to find the right light switches for the outdoor lights. It's hard to see the somewhat steep outdoor stairs at night so turning on the lower switch from inside the garage, and the upper light is key.) A few bulbs were burned out but were replaced. Communication was okay - made less stellar by the back and forth about signing the waiver for using the bikes.

Reviewer Comments: The carriage house was attractively decorated, the bed was comfy, good selection of channels on tv, the bathroom was updated, and the cost was reasonable. I should have anticipated that a carriage house would be tiny, but I was a little surprised when we arrived. There are a few things that detracted - the cords on the blinds were frayed, and one was tangled and inoperable. The cabinetry was a bit worn out, and the tv in the bedroom was in a cabinet over the closet door. The Tv cabinet door and bedroom door interfered with each other when they were open. We kept our luggage on living room floor because of the limited space in the bedroom. However, we enjoyed our time in the little carriage house and in Rosemary! It was a pleasant experience!

Super walkable to everything and a great way to enjoy the boujeness of Rosemary without the high prices! We loved

I wish I knew that the place was above the garage!!! Garage doors were very loud when open by other guests stayiyat the other house. We stayed for 1 week without housekeeping whe the day before check out we were asked to straighten up the place by taking trash out etc.... Check out is 10 am. At 10 am sharp the cleaning crew were unlocking the door to come in without knocking! Tvs and bathroom are very small. A ottoman is falling apart almost injuring my child ( see picture) and there is not much place, if at all, for luggage. It seems that the built this cheap shoebox to make extra .

Everything was incredible! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we had the most beautiful time. The home was cozy and perfect for us! The area and its amenities were perfect. We could not ask for anything more. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location in Rosemary Beach. This was our first time visiting, stayed for 5 days in July, and a great time. The remote didn’t work well the first night, and we had it replaced with another one the next day by management. Sheets, linens, and towels all clean. There was 3 of us and probably would not recommend much more as it is a smaller place with 1 bathroom (and remember no oven). My 13 year old stayed on the sofa bed and said it wasn’t comfortable, but many aren’t. Recommendations: would bring a shower caddy as there is no place to put your shower items anywhere. Overall very nice place and would recommend it.

Loved the space, yet the bricks by the gate going into the property were an accident to happen. Bricks were loose and area unusable. Sometimes the people staying in the larger home behind our place parked in front of the gate entrance making it difficult to walk over the bricks. We had a 19 month child w/us and his stroller. Recommend getting it fixed.

We loved our stay at the uncorked carriage house. Very comfortable and close to all shopping, eating, pools and the beach! Clean classy - Would definitely book again!

Very relaxing. No access to gym. Very clean. Not much to do but shop.

The carriage house was perfect for my wife and I. It was a short walk from the beach and the bikes were a lot of fun.

This was our second time visiting Rosemary, first time staying in one of the carriage houses. We loved it! Our 3 year old took the sleeper sofa and our 1.5 year old was in a pack n play we brought from home, while my husband and I took the main bedroom and it worked out perfectly. We love how close this place is to the beach AND our favorite Rosemary beach pool!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nice but there were some things that we found a little awkward. The TV in the living room was small and attached to an extender so you could pull it out from the wall, swivel it 90 degrees to face the couch but it was till so far away, it made it difficult. The bathroom has a full wall of mirrors and due to the fact that it is a very narrow space, when you sit on the toilet you are basically knee to knee with yourself looking in the mirror.The dining chairs were too short for the table. The pans had scratched Teflon and a layer of dried on egg. The aesthetic was nice but the design lacked practicality. The area is beautiful and the booking agency did a good job of checking in with us.

Had everything we needed for a quick trip out of town!
