Stayed Dec 19, 2025My 20 member family and I had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed cooking, eating and spending time together in the spacious kitchen, dining and other areas inside and outside the house. We lucked out with great weather in December and also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and outdoor grill. The rooms were also very cozy. Gabe was also very responsive. Grateful for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025I stayed there for our bachelor party with 18 people total and there were more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. We loved their Movie room, pool/spa, game rooms, and large kitchen. The game room and movie room have trundles but those trundles are super comfy and have lots of room. Some things to note- The jets in the spa started to work, then all of a sudden did not work for the remainder of the trip. Gabe responded promptly to reset it, but it still didn’t work. All good though, because the spa was still heated. - The AC also doesn’t go below 72 degrees, in case anyone else runs hot.- There’s no cell phone signal on the property so you have to be on WiFi. I’d Forsure add a WiFi extender in the backyard, because our group always seemed to lose signal while we were back there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again, for sure! Thank you Gabe for a wonderful time!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had a great weekend staycation here for my husband's 45th birthday! Spacious and clean house with great peaceful views. Kitchen is huge and fully equipped. Legitimately 6 rms as the 7th doesn't have a door.. and the twin beds are more pullout trundle daybeds but still spacious and comfy. The pool is a bit smaller than in photos but still a decent size, beautiful and safe for kiddos! Very private setting. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025This was the perfect home base for our group of 16 (ages 80 to 8) during our SoCal vacation. The house is perched in a gated community on a hilltop with sweeping views of valleys and hills. The interior living spaces were very large -- with plenty of games for the kids: foosball, air hockey, video games, board games, etc. The primary suite is very impressive and the other bedrooms were on the smaller side but worked for our crew. The kitchen was well appointed and the property manager was helpful and prompt. But the real draw is the exterior spaces. The weather was warm and sunny and we spent every evening swimming in the pool/bobbing in the hot tub -- or playing ping pong. In the mornings, we'd drink our coffee at the various outdoor spaces with Adirondack chairs and admire the view. The grounds are elaborately landscaped with beautiful flowers and trees. Downtown San Diego is about 45 min away -- and the town of Escondido had plenty of amenities including nice grocery stores (Sprouts, Trader Joe's), a large beer garden (Stone Brewing), and even a small winery (Orfila). Can't recommend this spot enough!

Stayed Jun 16, 2025This was the perfect home for our family reunion. Great outdoor pool and gathering space. Large kitchen and eating area. Plenty of sleeping. There were 22 of us, 12 children, 10 adults. We all slept comfortably. The property is lovely and perfect for family pictures. We loved our time there together.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024I can't say enough great things about this property! Gabe, the owner, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was top-notch. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The space itself is absolutely perfect for group trips. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet cozy enough to feel like a home away from home. We had such a fun time! Whether we were relaxing together in the common areas or enjoying the amenities, there was something for everyone. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to plan a memorable trip with friends or family!

Stayed Nov 4, 2024We had a group of 15 and this place is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the kitchen, all the bathroom amenities, an especially the gardens and outdoor games. The ppol was perfect temp and was enjoyable with the hot tub too. .
