1 STORY ARTISTIC MASTERPIECE W/ AMAZING VIEWS! GORGEOUS POOL W/SAFETY FENCE OPT.

This property is SPECTACULAR! The location is perfect for the many things to do in SO CA. We were just 30 minutes from all the activities: Lego Land, the Beach, Balboa Park, and just a little further to Coronado and The Del. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The one-level layout was perfect for our family of 8 (two grandparents, 4 parents, two kids under 12). The master and two other bedrooms have en-suite baths. The remaining two bedrooms shared a hall bath. The kitchen was a joy to cook in with plenty of burners on the gas stove and lots of counter space. With the counter seating nearby, the group was always able to feel connected to the meal preparation. And the BEST part was the spacious heated pool and spa plus the outdoor dining and gas firepit. OMG, we spent hours and hours just having fun splashing around and enjoying the beautiful views while making great family memories. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the many provided toys and games. All in all we had a spectacular vacation in Escondido at Sharon's very special house.

The home is very large and roomy, located in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool is fabulous, with incredible views of Escondido. The home is furnished with all you need and the owner was great to work with.

We loved Sharon's large and comfortable home. The pool was especially fantastic. Sharon was super communicative and thought of everything. My family can't wait to return for another three generation vacay.

We were staying for a family wedding. 10 adults and 2 children. This home was everything we needed for our family. Rooms for everyone, a pool with a fence around it to enjoy but knowing it was safe! Would definitely stay there again!

Our three children and spouses and 5 grandchildren gathered for a week in Sharon's lovely home. We had plenty of space to spread out and play games when we weren't enjoying the pool. The view from the pool is amazing! We loved this beautiful home and had a fantastic family vacation here!

Lovely place Sharon’s quite accommodating

We had my husband and I and two of our adult children with their families. Perfect place with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The view from the backyard is incredible. We would stay here again for sure.

This home is both very spacious and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our three families (9 bodies in total). The beds are dreamy plus each side of the house had its own thermostat which came in handy since 2 families liked it cold and one family did not. :] The kitchen is HUGE, with separate ginormous refrigerator and equally large freezer. TWO dishwashers, a warming tray, a separate ice maker built into the island, tons of cooking equipment and utensils... so easy to entertain! Towels (bath and beach towels for the pool) were plentiful and there was a washer and dryer inside for our use. We had a wonderful time there: the pictures don't do it justice.

This property lived up to all of our expectations and more! The view and the yard are amazing. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The gourmet kitchen has everything anyone would ever need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage. The house is spacious and is set up for multiple families to stay comfortably. The location is also great, easy access to the expressway, close to grocery stores and restaurants and all the fun attractions in San Diego. Sharon, the host, is wonderful! She always responded to my emails promptly before we arrived and while we were there we had one small issue (we couldn't get the key to work in the front door) which she also responded to promptly. I would highly reccomend this property.
