everything was perfect. such an awesome beautiful house with gorgeous view. kitchen and really every room had everything we needed for our 9 day stay....you were always so quick with questions prior to coming..thank you so much for letting us enjoy your property. highly highly recomend.

All aspects were great. House and location were excellent. My kids and grandkids loved it. Treasure island will be great someday if the developer gets his permits and funding to rebuild the marina and amenities.

Wow! We had a wonderful week at Chillin the Most! I cant say enough great things about this property. The location being across the canal from the beach was perfect as our kids thought they had their own private island. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from a crockpot to a can opener! The house was immaculate and the layout and decor were perfect! We brought our 33 foot boat and had plenty of room on the dock and docking was a breeze as they already have ropes and bumpers secured to the dock. Every day we were greeted by multiply sea turtles and other wildlife! Highly recommend Mr. Jackie for all your transport needs as well, he was a super nice guy and took great care of us! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 1st trip to the Bahamas and this property definitely made the trip. There were 12 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other.

This house and neighborhood were an absolute TREASURE. The house is so cozy and bright and well equipped and there are incredible views from nearly every room. Communication with Cathy was seamless and we were easily connected with taxis and rental services while on the island. It felt like we were on a private island, swimming to the white sand beach right across form the house multiple times a day. Thank you for the girls trip of a lifetime.

We had an incredible stay at Chilling at the Most! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the beautiful, modern decor. The house had all the amenties you'd expect - plus thoughtful extras like a house starker kit, an ice maker, and a beverage coller that made our stay even more comfortable. The views were abosultey breathtaking - truly unforgettable - and the furniture was cozy and inviting. We can't wait to return.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful our vacation was! If you are considering this property, look no further. The view of the water in the morning is breathtaking. Catherine has provided everything you need. The house is spacious and beautiful. Having 2 refrigerators and an ice maker makes a large family vacation more manageable. We hope to return one day.

We were blessed to spend a few Days in Treasure Cay fishing. The house is located in a great spot, beautiful, and very clean.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, equipped with everything we needed, & great location. We spent 2 weeks here with some friends and family. We had our 41' boat with us that we brought over from Florida and the dock was perfect.Thank you, Cathy, for making our stay so nice. I look forward to staying here again next year.

We have been vacationing in Treasure Cay for the past 15 years and this has been the best property that we have rented. The house is well designed and suited for multiple families. We had a total of 3 families and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and to spread out. The upstairs was the perfect spot for the kids/teenagers. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all nicely done and very comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area as well. The huge laundry room was a plus. We spent a lot of our time enjoying the porch swing out front and soaking in the gorgeous view on the back porch either from the lounge chairs to the sofas. The cocktail pool was a plus to take a dip in when coming in off the boat. Everyone enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle board out and also swimming across to the beach. The kids loved seeing the sea turtles off the dock. Cathy was a wonderful host. She is very quick to respond whenever we had a question and sent out helpful information on the house, Treasure, and surrounding areas. They have a beautiful home and have thought of every little detail to help make your stay a wonderful one. We will definitely be returning to Chillin the Most!

The house was perfect, exactly as advertised. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a more beautiful environment! If you are going to the Abacos, I would highly recommend you book this property. Literally, nothing negative to say about it. Great experience for my family. We’ll be staying here again, hopefully soon!!!

Fabulous time on the water and beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chillin the Most. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family and the host was wonderful to work with before our trip. The outdoor space is wonderful and we rented a boat which made it easy to island hop and fish. We hope to be back soon!

Chillin' The Most lives up to its name. Beautiful home with beautiful views! It was amazing feeding sea turtles and stingrays off the dock. We also rented a boat and spent three days exploring all the different beaches and reefs. Cathy is a great host.

This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of space for 11 of us. We fit 2 families with plenty of extra space. It had everything we could possible need. The kids fished off the dock for hours. We saw so many fish, turtles and a dolphin jumping right in front of the house. The caretakers who also owned a taxi company were also wonderful. Communication with Cathy the owner was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It was perfect for two of our families and couldn’t have asked for a better house.

Loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 8. Most well- equipped house I’ve seen. Pristine condition, lovely decorations. Gigantic TV with cable and streaming and 3 full-size couches for family watching. 2 full size fridges. Every kitchen utensil, paper towels, baking pans, pots, you name it, even a box grater and ice maker. Large pantry. 2 kayaks, 7 bicycles. Large dock. Parking for golf carts if rented or a car. 20 mins by golf cart to minimart and pizza or Treasure Beach. Definitely recommended.

We had a fabulous time with our full extended family! All 12 of us had more than enough room in this amazing home. Plenty of space to relax, cook, hang out, sleep, swim, boat, you name it! We are all already planning to go back! Cathy was an excellent host and the whole experience was wonderful! 10/10!

House was well laid out and practically new. Storage space in the kitchen and laundry room was phenomenal. Everything worked as promised, I would book this again.

This property is hands down the most beautiful spot on Treasure Cay! The home is exquisite. Its high end features and over the top amenities will make your vacation one to remember. Cathy is easy to communicate with and provides lots of ideas and things to do while visiting the Ábacos! We can’t wait to return!
