Ultimate Coastal Getaway: 6BR Luxury Home w/HEATED Pool & Beach Access Sleeps 16

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all! The pool was the perfect size and temp without needing to be heated. The kitchen and living room were fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk sealed the deal. We have visited Port A for years, and we were very impressed with this house!

17 first cousin ladies. This is our 4th yearly trip at this condo. Accommodates all our needs and are making plans for next year..

Placed lived up to its description. We had six couples stay comfortably in the house. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas were large enough that nobody was tripping over each other when preparing meals or sitting at the dining table. We spent each night at the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone and a short 10-minute walk to the beach. We will stay here again when we go to Port A with our group.

This property was extraordinary! It is even better than what the photos and description communicate. First, Chantal is an amazing host. I had the pleasure of communicating with her early on, and she was a delight. She also helped us find another place close where our friends stayed. Her hospitality was superior before and throughout our stay. The house is the most well provisioned home and rental I have ever stayed in, and we (friends who stayed with us) all raved about the resources as well as organization of the kitchen that made it so easy to cook and serve a large group. The kitchen is HUGE! The place was very clean, well lit, well furnished indoor and outdoor for comfort and function throughout. Showers had wonderful water pressure and beds/pillows were comfortable. I cannot say enough about both the place as well as the lovely host. An exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend for any group visiting Port Aransas. Thank you Chantal! This is a gorgeous house that is great for a large group. It is close to the beach and the house has a beautiful layout. We highly recommend!!

Went with the family. Unfortunately, a cold front blew. It was too cold to really enjoy the beach. But the heated pool was a definite plus had enough room for everyone and the 2 kitchen spaces were great. The owner was very helpful with all my needs. Hi,Ghly recommend

This was our second stay at Island O’Aces and it did not disappoint. The location can’t be beat and the house is so spacious and comfortable for our large group. Will rent this again next year !

It was a wonderful location and clean property. Close access to the beach. Only minor issue happen is just the bathtub water faucet was having issue turning off and some minor broken handles. We were able to locate the water valve during the night and maintenance came first thing in the morning to have it repair. Overall is a great experience.

Third year to rent this property. 17 first cousin women. This property is so well equippd. Has absolutely everything and more. It's very clean and host responsive. Booking for next year.

Very nice location wish the pool would have been cleaned when we got there put took care of the issue within 48 hours so missed really using the pool all of Sunday and most of Monday. Enjoyed how close to the Beach and short drive to main part of the village. Gave us East Coasters what the gulf coast is like

Our group had grandparents, three adult children with their three spouses and four cousins ages 6-8. The four primary bedrooms were great for adults and the upstairs with two bedrooms furnished with two queen beds worked for the four children. We enjoyed the beach access and our pool. Gold carts were not needed!! The house was very well furnished and worked well for meals and games. We hope to book it again!

We had several generations of family stay in this beautiful home for a beach vacation. It was much larger than it appears in the pictures. We loved the pool and used it nightly. We will definitely stay here again next year for our family trips to Port A.

We had a wonderful stay at IslandOaces. Really enjoyed the private pool,close walk to beach! We had an issue with air conditioners but owner acted very quickly and kept us comfortable! We would really recommend this place to anyone with a large family. Beautiful home!!!
