Two-Story Beach House w/ Private Pool & Central AC – Steps from the Shore!

Had a terrific time in a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool one block away from the ocean

There was plenty of space for people to stay. The bathrooms are in strange places. There isn't a true dining room table. The staircase inside needs to be rebuilt. The stairs are too narrow and I felt I would fall down them when going downstairs. For the money, it was acceptable. Pool was already closed when all the other neighbors were still open.

Blue By You was a great vacation beach house. Location was a very short, easy walk to the beach. House had everything we needed and more for 4 adults and 2 kids. Pool was amazing (big and warm)! It was used a lot! Amenities were many and the house was comfortable and roomy. The screened in porch was great in the evenings for board games. Overall, a great house that I would stay at again and would recommend to family and friends.

My stay was great. The host was extremely awesome and quick to respond. We have 1 hiccup. They came out fixed the issue. And they even brought back a basketball for the kids to play with

.Here's my review... This place was all about location & the location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the beach but just secluded enough to not be bother with the beach hustle & bustle. The kitchen area was great with enough pots, pans, and island space to prep, cook, & eat. Most of the family had no problem finding a place to eat or sit. The following maybe worth mentioning in the description of the property: • Steps leading up to the second level spaces are narrow & steep. Individuals with balance issues may have a hard time navigating the steps. • The largest bathroom is an ensuite for the queen bedroom downstairs not the king suite, which is located upstairs. • Shower stalls located on the upper level are small. It may take some collaboration with housemates to use larger bathrooms downstairs if you're claustrophobic. • Use caution when navigating back to house after dusk as the landscape out front hides the house well while approaching which may result in you passing it or stopping short with someone behind you. • Consider Wifi boosters. Very pleased with smart capabilities but noticed a considerable lag with house devices and personal devices being connected all at once.

We were in VA beach for a cousins reunion. Our group ranged from age 24 to age 80 and this was the perfect house for us. This house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the main living area on the first floor which was great for those that can't climb stairs. The screened in patio was so nice as was the pool area. It was a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and ice cream (Ben and Jerrys is just down the road!) I believe we were 15 -20 miles from the VA beach Boardwalk, but it is a quick, easy drive. We would suggest that property management consider at least 2 towels and wash cloths per person rather than 1. We did have to do laundry often. We would definitely return to Blue By You! Super sized and efficient house. The pool is wonderful and proximity to beach access is very manageable. Peaceful easy beach living!
