    Convenient location between Banff and Canmore. Quiet location except for some highway noise. The two story with two small bedrooms was big enough for 3 or 4. Some minor dings, consistent with a rental. Parking was good for oversized vehicle. Communications with the owners was very good.

    The chalet was right before the gates to Banff National Park. Close enough to access all the park amenities but far enough to avoid the Banff chaos. The chalet is very charming with a fireplace and a balcony that has view of both sides of the mountain range. Our host was very generous with the chalet supplies from shampoo,conditioner and body wash to coffee and tea and various other essentials like salt, sugar etc.The place was very beautiful but upon closer inspection it appeared a bit tired in places like ceiling stains and worn light switches. We did run into a couple problems with a broken bed leg and no hot water but our host was quick to respond to our queries and did his best to remedy our situation. He was very apologetic and seemed to really want to help. Overall I highly recommend this chalet as it's charm outweighs any negative factors. A real nice mountain retreat.

    We spent 2 nights in this unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. The two bedrooms came in handy. This is pretty much the closest property to Banff National Park as well as Louise and Sunshine ski hills without staying within the park. Need to drive into Canmore for anything as this area is only for nature walks. The hot tub was out of service as it was being fixed.

    It is very confortable and beautiful. Easy access. The windows of the bedrooms need a black out courtain, because of the outdoor ligths. The unit is in general well equipped. However, the kitchen needs more utensils like a little pan, a pyrex, a strainer, a trash can with lid and a dish rack.

    This condo/townhouse was perfect for a girls' getaway! we each got our own beds and the layout was fantastic! There were a couple of issues that the owner dealt with quickly & efficiently. We were disappointed that the pool & hot tub weren't open, as the note about that was at the very bottom of the description. It had still shown up when I narrowed my list down to include hot tub & pool. I would remove those while they are not available. Beds were comfortable and clean! Ben (the owner) is great to communicate with and you can tell he cares.

    This was a perfect getaway for our family. Only disappointment was the advertising at Expedia said there would be a pool, but the owner said we couldn’t access it. Should only advertise what’s available!

    Very comfortable for our group (3 adults and 3 teens). We appreciated the good quality mattresses, even on the sofa bed. The property is immediately outside the Banff park entry, so it was convenient for enjoying skiing and other outdoor activities in Banff and Lake Louise. The property owner is helpful and promptly responsive. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it highly.

    This was the perfect location and amount of space for us for the week! We appreciated Ben's communication which made the check in process very easy. The location was perfect to get into the park quickly and also was close to the city of Canmore. The condo was equipped with everything we could need and was clean and kept well. Would book this same place if we were to return.
