Super easy check in and check out. Communicative hosts. This house is in a beautiful location right on the river. Walkable to Gardiner and just a few blocks from the Yellowstone Entrance.

We are return visitors, this is a wonderful house and we enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and had everything we needed to cook a full meal. The location is so close to Yellowstone, we easily got into the park early to hike and animal watch. It is common to see elk and deer from the house too, really beautiful. Great hosts and property! We are already missing the incredible view.

We spent every day wolf watching, very successfully. Wonderful time of year to visit. No crowds, great viewing. Weather was spectacular.

Spacious modern home just outside north entrance of Yellowstone. Perfectly located in small town of Gardiner, walking to everything. The view from the patio and dining room window is just incredible over the river where we saw elk, deer, bald eagle, fishing hawk, etc. Warm comfortable base after exploring the park in October which already feels like winter. Very clean, high end furnishings, comfortable beds.

Perfectly located just a short walk to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Clean and very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Well stocked kitchen and grocery store a couple minute drive away to purchase everything needed to prepare meals. The views are what make the stay here next level. Best spot in Gardiner!

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed space with a million dollar view! Easy walking distance to coffee, shops, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the house was meticulously clean. Definitely recommend!

Practically walking distance to the north entrance of Yellowstone! Beautiful view from back of unit. Very clean and well-maintained. Only nit to pick is that the check-in instructions were lacking. Not obvious where the unit is when you pull up. I’m sure they’ll fix that!

Beautiful! Great home to stay in.

This was a beautiful home overlooking the river. There were about 10-12 elk across the river the entire evening we were there. What a beautiful way to start our trip to Yellowstone. The home was immaculate and perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend it.

This is an AMAZING location! Million Dollar views. If you're like my wife and I, you won't want to do anything other than sit on the deck and take it all in. We grilled dinner, had drinks and woke up early the next morning to watch the sun rise. GREAT Hosts as well. Thank you for such an incredible stay. We will be back!!!!

The property was extremely clean and welcoming. It’s well positioned to the North entrance of Yellowstone and downtown Gardiner. It had all the needs for a short two night stay. The only surprise/draw back is the home is in the owners backyard and an apartment is below the home. We were unaware of both. Other than this we would recommend the property!

Excellent location. Easy entrance to Yellowstone. Quick walk to restaurants. Excellent view of Yellowstone river. Elk and mule deer were around the condo and area—great to watch out the windows. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The main living area has an AC unit but there is not AC in the bedrooms. Fans are provided for bedrooms. We stayed during a heat wave so bedrooms were a little warm while sleeping. Unless you stay during a heat wave, opening the bedroom windows at night will keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this condo!

The views are amazing! The house is nicely decorated, very clean, and overall just a perfect spot to come back to after a long day in the park. Oh and we loved the no shoes policy. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The property was exactly as listed. It was spacious, comfortable, and has everything a traveler could need. We stayed for two nights while visiting north Yellowstone. We enjoyed the view, feeling as though we were still in nature. The location is also perfect to walk to somewhere to eat and the shops. But, you can easily stay in and cook beacuse the kitchen is ready with anything you made need (except food, although there were spices and condiments). The shower had great water pressure. My teens especially loved the owner's friendly dogs and looking at the cute chickens.

I stayed with my 100 year old grandmother. She loved all of the Yellowstone art and decor. Very modern and comfortable. The deck was wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the views of the river. Could walk to several places to shop and eat. Host was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again.

The property offers magnificant view of Yellowstone River, the quaint town of Gardiner and multiple wildlife sightings in the back yard. Short walk to enjoy meals in town. Highly recommend for anyone who plans to visit Yellowstone National Park.

Great location, local town has much to offer, breathtaking views with large windows. Great time at Yellowstone with easy entry. Easy drive from Bozeman. Some privacy issues with deck and a path right next to some of those large windows of the house and people walking by can look directly into the home.

The property had amazing views of the river as it was so close but high above the river . It was very comfortable and warm as we were travelling in the very cold weather. Beds were very comfortable . The position was close to some shops and bars . It was very cool to see deers walk down street . Loved our time here. Thank you to the owners

My wife and two daughters stayed two nights. When we arrived elk were grazing on the slope outside our window. Place has great views of Yellowstone River. We cross country skied in the park perfect location

What a splendid property! The location is amazing being so close to the park and right on the river. The home itself is tastefully decorated, which is relaxing in itself. We brought our four kids and we did pretty well with the sleeping situation. It was a bit challenging for the six of us since one of the two toilets was out of commission while we were there, but I'm sure it will get fixed before the next guests arrive. All in all, it was a refreshing, beautiful stay.

The location is right at the entrance to YNP and very convenient! The home was clean and walkable to town. The kitchen was stocked and everything was cozy and clean. I do wish the shower had more than just a waterfall and a handheld nozzle. I got my hair wet every single time I showered and this is not convenient for a woman. A normal adjustable hardware fixture would be preferable. The shower is very big and nice. The owners dog came and visited a couple of days, so that was a nice surprise. The view is beautiful from the deck and the kitchen window. We saw elk running through the river and the neighbors yard and a bald eagle from the kitchen window. The electric fireplace in between the kitchen and living room area provided plenty of warmth. There was plenty of space for the 3 of my little family and I believe a family of 4 or 5 would fit very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again, but will note next time that we will go when it is not off season because there were only a couple of places open for dining out, gifts shops, etc.

Amazing view, excellent location!

We enjoyed the view of the river and watching elk from the deck daily. We cooked on the gas grill daily and were grateful for the opportunity to do a few loads of laundry during our visit. Stop by Yellowstone Perk for an excellent cup of coffee or latte when you don’t feel like making your own cup with the traditional 12 cup Mr Coffee machine. Yellowstone Perk was closed on Tuesday, so we tried Eats Cafe and enjoyed it. Both places also serve food. Stop by the home before going to the market. The host has stocked the home with more essentials than are traditionally offered at rental homes. Finally, we appreciated the ease of using the North (Gardiner) Yellowstone Entrance. It was very convenient and quick. Yellowstone hint- get to the most popular sites no later than 9 am to get a parking spot and avoid crowds.

Loved staying just outside the park right on the Yellowstone River in this wonderful, well appointed home! Nice to break up our two week trip in a lovely home where we could cook a little and do laundry. Owner was super helpful too!

Thoughtful details, incredible view of the river, everything one could need and a kind host. Sooo close to the entrance to Yellowstone but more enjoyable than staying in the park. This apartment was exactly what was pictured, PERFECTION! Nice size for a family of 4. Having the 1/4 bathroom was great for 3 ladies getting ready in the morning. It was a bit warm sleeping with no AC but opening the windows to let the cool mountain air in at night was helpful. Fans in each room were provided.
