Stayed May 31, 2024Held a Bachelor Party here for a group of 17 30+ year olds here. We had events planned throughout the weekend but outside of those, we spent a majority of the time at the property, simply because it was so awesome. Super clean, nice, incredible rooftop and neighborhood. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023The property was great and ideal for our large group of staff. We attended a conference and there were 22 of us staying on the property. It was great for staff to have hang out areas in the property, on the roof, and in the courtyard of the complex. The location was great as well, just 13 minutes from the Gaylord Hotel each morning. So easy to stay there as well. The requirements of checkout are the easies we have ever had as a group. This is our 4th year, first time at this property. The host was wonderful and quick to respond as needed. Thankful and grateful for the experience.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023I had my bachelor party for 18 guys and rented out both units. Just for some context most people were around the age of 30. It couldn't have worked out better. House was clean and there were plenty of beds. Everyone had there own sleeping space and we had one bed left over in each unit that was pulled out from under another bed. We were not the quietest group at night and did not have to deal with any noise complaints. quick uber into downtown area. Would highly recommend if you have a large group

Stayed Jun 28, 2023I can not say enough about our stay in Nashville and the two town homes we stayed in. Communication with property manger was amazing prior to arrival and continued after we left! The houses were beautiful, roomy,clean, with a stellar view. The roof top deck provided us a front row seat to the Fourth of July fireworks. The house came with shuttle, for $5.00 a person we could go to Broadway and the water park. The location was awesome!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We stayed in both homes for a family trip. They were both great. Clean, well maintained, all the amenities and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 16. The rooftop deck was a perfect for for sunsets and hanging out. The neighborhood was safe. John was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns any time and he was kind and easy to work with. We had a great week and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023We had an amazing time in Nashville. The property met all of our needs and more. It was incredibly clean and had more than enough space for all of us. The location is perfect, it was within walking distance of a few fun places and a short uber to downtown.

Stayed Jan 14, 2023We enjoyed our stay for a fun birthday weekend. Close to Broadway - $5 pp ride! We would not have known about that if the home didn’t have the info and that was super helpful with our large group. If you need to get in contact with them for any reason they are easy to reach. We loved the space and everything was immaculate. We plan to come back and use this same listing again!

Stayed Nov 8, 2022The hosts were very responsive and helpful, property was clean and comfortable and a quick Uber ride to just about anything you'd like to do in Nashville! Plenty of garage and street parking available. We brought a large group in for a work retreat and this was a great space for us to gather but also to have our private bedrooms and bathrooms! Will definitely book again!
