Stayed Sep 21, 2025Host did a wonderful job with both communication & refurbishing an older property to make it modern and comfortable! You can tell that thought went into small details so guests would feel right at home. Amenities were plentiful, rooms & beds were cozy and the whole property feels very contemporary considering the area. Would recommend if you find yourself in the St. Louis area!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We had a very enjoyable stay. Our host, thought of everything necessary from the kitchen, to the living area and the bed and bathroom - this home is clean, well appointed and comfortable. He communicated well beforehand and during our stay, so that we were clear about significant information, including what to do in case of a tornado. We followed his instructions and thankfully the storms passed and no tornado in the area where we were. We were visiting our Son & his family that weekend and we look forward to returning again soon.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025My wife and three kids stayed here overnight for a quick sleep on our way through town back to Michigan. The check-in process was seamless and timely with communication. The property was spotless, ordered, and very well decorated. We were able to set our kids up for sleep easily and we were all very comfortable overnight. My wife and I even bought a bottle of wine from the store across the street after the kids went down! Safe neighborhood. Would stay again!

Stayed Nov 9, 2024This Holly Hills apartment was very comfortable,clean &nicely decorated. It’s in a convenient, central STL; I felt safe in the neighborhood. Edward was very attentive, checking in often to make sure I was doing ok. Would definitely stay here again
