This cozy townhouse offers comfort and convenience in a location to couples and families that are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, a few blocks from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Ground level has a spacious living and dining area, a half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace has a BBQ and seating to enjoy mornings and afternoons by the canal. The second level has two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a closet. The master has a private balcony that overlooks the canal.

The entry door has a keyless system, so the guest would have fully access from the moment the reservation begins. The guest will find a booklet with important information regarding house rules and manager contact information.

Quite community located at 1 mile form the beach, restaurants, shopping. Located by the intracoastal and near a river facility to rent power boats and canoes.

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport exit towards West I-595, keep your right and exit I-95 North towards West Palm Beach. Exit East at exit 29, Sunrise Boulevard. Turn left at Bayview Drive and then right on NE 14th Street. Property will be on you right.

    Very nice location with beautiful decks and view of the canal. Generally quiet except for some construction/repair work being done 2 units down from ours. Host very responsive and addressed this for us. Unit itself is rather sparsely furnished. Could use more comfortable seating in the living room and bedrooms. Bathrooms brand new and really lovely. Very nice, quiet neighborhood close to the beach and any shopping needs.

    The property was well located on a quite canal with views facing south. The unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The location was ideal for us and central to the Fort Lauderdale area. The wifi worked well, and the couch in the living area was leather and comfortable. None of the TVs were connected to anything -which we found odd. The place could have used an outdoor dinning table for eating outside along with an umbrella. Also, the kitchen plates, cups and cooking pots could be upgraded or changed out- they were old and abused looking. The kitchen appliances were all good and in good working order, as was the washer/dryer. We also thought that the bathrooms were ready for a renovation. We could have used more towels, and other cleaning supplies considering we stayed there for 2 weeks. Overall the place was nice to stay at and I would recommend it to others as well. I would give the place a 6 out of 10.If they renovated the bathrooms, the number would go up substantially.

    Overall a great townhouse in a good location. We we there for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Local restaurants near by and a quiet neighborhood right on the inter coastal.
