Welcome to Twin Ponds, a beautifully appointed & fun-filled mountain house in Wintergreen Resort's Stoney Creek just minutes from Rt 151’s breweries & wineries, golf, Lake Monocan, skiing, hiking & more. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features:

- 3 king & 2 queen beds
- Amazing Game Room w/ premium air hockey, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, board games, game table & 75 4k Roku TV
- Deck w/ 36 Blackstone flattop grill, gas firepit, cafe lights & hot tub

The space
This beautifully appointed mountain house features:

- 3 floors of living & entertainment space
- 5 comfy beds that easily sleep 10 people (with an additional crib and sleeping options available upon request)
- Blazing fast 70gb fiber internet WiFi throughout the house
- An incredible Game Room & Entertainment Area filled with game tables, board games, a playing table and a movie area with a 75 4k Roku TV (described further below)
- A master suite with a beautiful canopy King bed with great wooded views and seasonal views on one of the adjoining twin ponds, a lounge area to enjoy your morning coffee (note the fireplace is for display only), a work desk, and a master bathroom with stunning tilework on the glass shower enclosure and 2-person tub
- A full kitchen equipped with gas stove and everything you need for your stay, including a coffee & tea area with a combined Keurig & coffee pot machine (note we provide group coffee and ground decaf coffee, and a variety of teas. If you’d like K-cups, please stop by the local grocery store or bring with you)
- An 8-minute walk to the wonderful Lake Monocan area and all its seasonal water activities & beach offerings and year-round hiking loop
- Complimentary Amazon Music and Alexa throughout the home with Echo devices in the living room, master bedroom, and downstairs game room so music can be played in individual spaces or everywhere
- Plenty of parking for all guests

The Game Room & Entertainment Area includes:
- Premium full-size & electric-powered air hockey table that easily converts to a ping pong table - plenty of pucks & paddles for all your fun!
- Premium full-size shuffleboard table with an incredibly slick sliding surface

- A board game area featuring board games for all ages, a poker set, and a table to sit down for game night with your family/friends
- A movie/TV area with a plush sectional couch and a huge, fully swivel-able 75” 4K Roku TV so you can enjoy all the streaming entertainment options you do at home

- Adirondack chairs to sit back & relax in surrounding the gas firepit to sit back and enjoy the pretty wooded views and seasonal views of one of the adjoining twin ponds
- 36 Blackstone flattop grill with all the flattop grill accessories your best chef can use for hibachi night, smash burgers, or omelet breakfast morning
- 6-person hot tub under the pretty patio / cafe lights with relaxing tub lights and views
- A gas firepit to enjoy and make s’mores over
- Perfect custom-dimmable patio / cafe lights ambiance

The home also includes:
- A living room with a beautiful seating area with views of the deck and wooded backyard, a wood fireplace, a big 65” 4K Roku TV (so you can enjoy all the same streaming entertainment options you have at home),
- A dedicated workspace in the master bedroom in case a guest needs a work desk should work need to interrupt your vacation
- A laundry room just inside the main entry to make coming back from skiing or hiking pain-free and to help you get back out for your next adventure quickly

During the winter season when snow is a possibility, we recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles just to be safe.
Other things to note
We always believe in no surprises! As noted above, the fireplace in the master bedroom is currently for display only and is not a functional fireplace.

Lastly, the part of the house with the two upstairs bedrooms features beautiful wood construction with a shared cathedral ceiling, but the one drawback is sound isolation between those two bedrooms is less effective.
