Stayed Jun 13, 2025Stayed with my husband and adult children for a weekend to visit Nelson County breweries, Charlottesville and go river tubing. The house was stunning -- and by far the best supplied of any rental we have ever visited. Best part was the covered porch on the lower deck. We actually had some rainy days but sitting there listening to the rain and the waterfall was like a real life relaxing white noise machine!!! Only caveat to future renters is that the house is very high up the hill!! It takes a good 5 or 10 minutes to wind your way up or down, so even a short trip requires a little time -- but worth it for the scenery!! In the morning you are actually looking down on the low-lying clouds! Super cool!!

Stayed May 8, 2025The owners of this property have taken such great pride in building and furnishing this home because it’s absolutely gorgeous. The views are beautiful. The furnishings are high quality and comfortable. The amenities are abundant and incredibly thoughtful. We all absolutely enjoyed ourselves. If we’re ever in that part of the country again, we would love to get another chance to stay in this home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great trip here! The house is incredible and located close to Charlottesville and many wineries and breweries. The host included many minor details to make our stay very enjoyable. The Evolve property management team was also very helpful.
