Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor: The interior of this home is elegant! Watch a movie with the family on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room, which features a ceiling fan, fireplace, and seating for 6-10. Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite features a Cal-King-sized bed, a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and private access to the patio via the fresh doors. The private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub, tiled countertops, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located on the other side of the house at the end of the hallway and features a Queen-sized bed, a 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV and a walk-in closet. Access to the large shared bathroom with a large tile shower, reach-in closet, and granite countertops with a vanity sink. Bedroom 3 is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a Full-sized bunk bed that sleeps 6, including a Full-sized trundle bed and a Twin-sized sofa sleeper, a 50-inch TCL Roku Smart TV, Reach-in closet, and access to the courtyard. Bedroom 4 is located right next to the front door and features a Queen-sized bed, 55-inch TCL Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

There is a full bathroom located between the dining room and the garage door. It has a tiled shower and vanity sink.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
