Wonderful hosts! Beautiful house!!

Property was clean and host was helpful! Thought the property was closer to the Beach than it was.

The property advertised wasn’t acurate The house isn’t a 4bedroom and 3bathroomIt’s a 3broom 3bathI would like to have some of my money refund Because of that’s a fault advertisement.

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood close to all the great beaches

We hated to leave!!! Beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were amazing!!! Our only complaint was we didn’t have more time!!! Also our favorite beach was Clam Pass Park!! Not to far of a drive!!If we ever get back down to this part of Florida we will be staying here again!!!

The property was clean and tidy when we showed up. Rena was great and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. :)

This house was perfect for my family of 4 but you can easily fit 6 people. The house was clean and had tons of supplies for the kitchen, pool and beach. The location is great- close to the beach and not far from the Everglades and many activities. The owner was responsive and very accommodating. We will be back!

The property was better than expected! Great kitchen space with lots of supplies. The 4th bedroom/den my husband used as an office while we were there it was on the opposite end of the pool and living area, so it was quiet for him. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps- you had to turn the hot tub on an hour before you wanted to use it. Lots of pool toys, beach chairs, etc…the 3 full bathrooms was nice as every couple/person had their own. It was perfect for our 4 night stay!

Great spot and amenities

We loved having our own house in Naples - and especially loved having our own heated pool. The location is great - easy access to everything we needed; and we would definitely recommend it!

We were thrilled with the pool and hot tub, but it was all the other little stuff that made our vacation so much easier. There was salt and pepper and flour and paper towels, and pool toys. We were so grateful to not have to stress about little things that we forgot. And it was a total bonus to be able to park in the garage. Rena, our property manager, was so easy to work with. She was calm and understanding and a great communicator. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

The management company is extremely responsive. We had a couple of issues that were resolved immediately. The house was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our third trip to North Naples and one of our best stays. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was well appointed in every way. The location can’t be beat.

Wonderful Stay! Everything as described. Loved the pool!

The place was clean, centrally located, close to beach, grocery store and shopping. The pool was nice and many beach and pool supplies in garage. Beds were comfortable and sheets soft.

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and this home has really great features that worked well for our family. Unfortunately, there was a lack of basic maintenance in the home that was made apparent by a long list of small items that we noticed during our stay: -Pool/Spa heater was not functional - it was the middle of summer so it wasn’t needed be we figured out quickly the spa wouldn’t be a typical temp -Hot water never really got hot at several sinks -The bathtub didn’t hold water well -Shower head in the main bedroom was ancient and didn’t work well -There were several light bulbs burned out -Had to replace batteries in multiple remotes -There was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms -The glass shower door in the main bathroom is coming off the wall -There were a few outlets in the main bedroom that weren’t functional even after figuring out the switches -The window blinds in the bathroom with the tub were moldy and hadn’t been cleaned -There were several amenities pictured in the garage that weren’t there (wagon, floaties, etc). We understand it’s a rental so things break but then they should be replaced. Todd most of what’s left (broken) The scariest part was the grill. While grilling some chicken the grill caught fire halfway through. This was caused by a lack of cleaning of the grill and a broken drip tray. We were able to extinguish it before it became a bigger issue. Overall a house that was great at one point but is in need of a lot of love.
