Tuscan-inspired Vineyard Estate

The property is beautifull. It had a lot of privacy. When you sit outside, the views are amazing.

From the moment we arrived, this vineyard estate delivered on every promise — and then some. Our group of eleven women gathered here to celebrate a very special bachelorette weekend, and the property gave us the most romantic, serene, and utterly beautiful backdrop we could have asked for.The estate is spacious without ever feeling cold — every corner feels intentional, every view feels like a painting. The guesthouse was a perfect sanctuary for those needing a quiet retreat from the main house's lively energy, offering privacy and peace in equal measure. But it was the kitchen window that stole everyone's hearts — the view framed there became the unanimous favorite spot on the property, and honestly, we understand why.Nature here is grand and unapologetic. We were visited by a family of deer, rabbits, and curious little lizards — a reminder that this land is alive in the most beautiful way. And the sunsets? Absolutely breathtaking. The kind that make the whole group go quiet and just… watch.Working with the property management team was an absolute pleasure — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely easy to communicate with from start to finish. That peace of mind made all the difference for trip planning.We will absolutely be back. Host was very communicative from the start leading up to the trip. Responses were very friendly and quick. The host was also acccomodating in letting us know when we could access the property (earlier than anticipated!) and was flexible with a later check out time for no additional charge. The property was gorgeous and very clean. We had no issues or complaints while we were there, but I am sure the host would have been quick to respond and assist if anything came up! We had a lovely stay and it was walkable to downtown Sonoma which was super convenient. Would love to return one day.

This is a large and spacious home which was ideal for a large family gathering! The six bedrooms comfortably accommodated all of us, and the large kitchen, dining room and gathering room, made cooking, dining and spending time together effortless. The views and outdoor gathering areas were spectacular. The host was terrific with communication!

Casa Sebastiani was a perfect place for our family reunion. It was a peaceful spot with sublime views. We enjoyed the varied and lovely places to congregate - patios, balconies and the pool. The dining room and living room were beautiful and comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was well-equipped. Lots of light and gorgeous views from every room. The guest cottage was lovely. It is a short walk to the bike path and town. We all had the best possible time for our relaxing week.

Although the house was built in 1947 it remains quaint and charming. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were ideal for the 12 of us. The long 30' outdoor table provided the comfort and picture of an Italian family dinner table that we've been accustomed to seeing in the movies.The location was perfect. Walking easily to the center of town and nearby restaurants & wineries. A great starting point for our daily adventures. Definitely a yes if you're looking for a house/location in Sonoma to accommodate a large family or group!

Great venue for a wine country stay with friends

We were pleased and impressed with our stay at the Sebastiani home in Sonoma, Ca. The house and grounds were so lovely, and everyone had a marvelous time there. The weather was cool, so we stayed inside a lot of the time. We had lunch one day in town, but ate the rest of our meals at the house. We would like to return next year, maybe a little later so the weather would cooperate. We thought it was one of the best places we have stayed.

Great house in a great location. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views from the property were beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. It's close to Sonoma Plaza, so it was easy to get to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this family estate home. The basement game room was a great surprise full of Sebastiani family photos, The kitchen was nicely stocked and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed coffee in the morning while listening to the birds and watching the deer visit. The dining room, living room and kitchen all have huge windows to take in the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property. We were visiting with 4 other couples for my husband’s 60th birthday. We all loved the house and property so much that we didn’t want to leave to visit other wineries! The house is old but was charming with tons of character! The location was perfect for our needs.

Our group of 10 women stayed at Casa Sebastiani over New Years. The home was exceptional - clean, well stocked, spacious, and comfortable. The property was walking distance to Sonoma’s town square and it was easy to access surrounding wineries. Bonus was fresh oranges right outside our door! The bathrooms were a little dated but not a problem at all. And lastly, communication with the property management was outstanding. All 10 of us would give this accommodation a 10 out of 10!

We gathered as a family to celebrate Thanksgiving and visit vineyards for wine tasting. The house was spectacular and perfectly equipped for our needs.

A beautiful property with excellent amenities and an amazing location.

What can I say.... there are no words to describe the beauty surrounding this home, on the inside as well as the outside. Waking up each morning and seeing the hot air balloons, the family of deer on the property and the unbelievable view from one of the many enormous windows was a treat. The house itself made us feel as if we were in a Tuscan villa in Italy. So clean and plenty space for everyone. There were supposed to be six ladies celebrating a 50th birthday however due to a last minute medical issue one could not make it. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had privacy when necessary. Morning coffee or mimosas on the back deck off the bedroom, or evening cocktails on the patio or the second floor deck were perfect! We did not get to use the pool unfortunately however it is beautiful. The location could not have been more perfect. We walked to the Sonoma Square many times - it is an easy 15 minute walk however keep in mind the road and driveway are uphill on the trip back. Uber was also easy to get from both the house and the square. The weather was perfect while we were there so we spent a lot of time out of the house however if you do experience bad weather there is plenty to keep you occupied in the house - especially in the basement game room. Don't even think twice if you are considering Casa Sebastiani, you will not be disappointed. Cannot wait to go back again one day! Thank you for the best girl's trip ever!

We loved our stay at Casa Sebastiani! It felt like the perfect extension of our Sonoma visit. Great location, so comfortable, and we loved the magnificent views and gorgeous property.

We booked the property for a wedding and had our entire extended family stay here. They loved it. It had rich history, was right next to a winery walking distance, was very well maintained, and had beautiful views of Sonoma. The group loved the pool and outdoor garden and patio areas.

All 3 generations agree that this home and property made this vacation one of our best. There are spacious rooms for gathering together and plenty of cozy areas for quiet time. The balconies, multiple outdoor seating areas, and the conveniently located pool are great. And plenty of history not to be missed in the basement!

Sonoma is such a beautiful, historic town that we all feel very fortunate to have an opportunity to stay in a little piece of history. The views are unreal - especially in the morning when you see the hot air balloons going up. It’s both private and very accessible to the town square. Overall, the property and grounds were unbelievable. While the house is a little dated, it does give it some charm especially when you see all the photos of the family and old Sonoma featured throughout. Staying at Casa Sebastiani was such a treat for our group and it was almost heartbreaking when our trip came to an end.
