Our four bedroom, three bath home is located in a sound front community, just a five minute walk from the ocean! Island Park is a wonderful family friendly soundfront neighborhood with two swimming pools and community docks. sound. Turtle Key is located on a lagoon, perfect for turtle watching and fishing.

Our home is beautifully maintained with many recent upgrades! This summer isalmost completely booked with all return renters who love our place, and treat it as their own.

Located on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the sound from the community docks.

Walk to the end of the island at low tide, where the beach seems to stretch almost all the way to Sunset Beach.

We have been coming to OIB for several years now and it has become a second home. The hosts provided all the customary amenities plus some cleaning supplies, snacks and spices. I received prompt responses from the host and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Turtle Key for one minute. John and Nicole were clear, helpful, and timely with their communication. The house was clean and well maintained upon arrival. We appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with small conveniences we have at home that are not typically found in beach rentals (a garlic press, vegetable peeler, chip clips, steamer, multiple large stock pots, serving dishes, etc. - THANK YOU)! We thoroughly enjoyed OIB and hope to return again soon.

This property is in a great location with close access to the beach and community pool. The family friendly neighborhood is also good for casual biking and walking. The cottage is beautiful and well maintained. The owners were quick to respond to general questions via email or texts which was appreciated. We would definitely rent this cottage again.
