Largewindows bring the outdoors in, letting you watch passing boats, local wildlife, and fishermen right from the comfort of the couch.

Designed for premium privacy, the layout features distinct bedroom suites, two of which are equipped with their own dedicated full bathroom. Slip upstairs to the tranquil master suite, a true sanctuary boasting a luxurious king-sized bed, dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a private, sun-drenched balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee with a view. On the opposite side of the home, the additional guest suites, including one with a comfortable queen bed, provide plenty of space and privacy for families or couples traveling together to completely unwind after a sun-soaked day.

Convenience is built into every detail, starting with a large garage and carport that easily fit two vehicles plus a golf cart. Situated in a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly island community, you are minutes from excellent seafood, nightlife, and miles of sandy beach. COMMUNITY AMENITIES
- The Turtle Bay community pool is generally open from April through October between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Exact dates may vary depending on weather.
- The community fishing dock is accessible year-round. Boats are not permitted within the complex, and the dock may not be used for boating purposes.

HOUSE RULES
- Quiet Hours & Noise Limits: Folly Beach enforces a strict local noise ordinance from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. with a one-strike policy. To protect our neighbors and rental license, a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor is installed. It monitors decibel levels only; no audio is recorded. If noise limits are exceeded, guests will receive a text reminder to reduce the volume.
- No Parties or Events: House parties, weddings, reunions, receptions, events, and outside gatherings are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is limited to eight guests at all times. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
- Parking & Storage, HOA Mandated: Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles: one inside the garage and one fully beneath the covered carport. Golf carts must also be parked inside the garage or completely beneath the carport when not in use. Bicycles, beach equipment, and other personal belongings must be stored inside the garage or home. The carport must remain completely clear to avoid mandatory HOA fines.
- Trailers, boats, and other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-site at any time.
- Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the property.
- Propane and charcoal grills are prohibited by the community.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- To book our home, the primary guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property.
- The home is elevated, requires stairs to enter, and does not have an elevator.
- Contactless check-in is provided through keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
- Beach equipment is not provided, although guests may use any equipment available at the property.
- No pets are permitted. Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA and are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as “pets considered,” and prior approval is received.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A 50% payment is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and will be charged to the card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking.
