Eat, drink, cook and socialize in this amazing, brand new Crystal Beach vacation rental, Turquoise by the Gulf. This professionally decorated and furnished home features 15-foot ceilings and tons of windows toview the Gulf! Up to 24 guests can be accommodated among the six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. All bedrooms on the second and third floors have gulf views to be enjoyed by all! Turquoise by the Gulf backs up to Scenic Gulf Drive. It's on a perfectly positioned corner lot just across the street from the public beach access, only 35 feet from being beachfront.

Outside, guests will enjoy approximately 3,970 square feet of both covered and uncovered patio areas. Feel the Gulf breeze and hear the sounds of the water while sitting on this huge deck. Turquoise by the Gulf boasts wrap-around porches covering three walls of the exterior of the house. Even on a rainy day, the outdoor spaces can be enjoyed from the waterproof, 17-feet deep, covered balconies. Guests can also play pool in the large game room, watch one of nine large screen TVs, watch movies with free DVD rentals, or play one of the many board games supplied in the home.

Special features of this home include a huge, 45'x14' private pool with water features, a game room with a pool table, and nine flat-screen TVs. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and seasonal flowers around the pool that enhance the tropical atmosphere. There are 4,000 square feet of pavers and deck space that provide ample space to lounge near the pool. There is a full outdoor kitchen with a 36 Coyote gas grill, a refrigerator, ice maker and sink for your complete outdoor experience. An outdoor, heated and cooled bathroom, shower and changing area services the pool deck.

When guests return from the beach they can use the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. There are even two complete laundry areas to handle all of the towels and wash for a larger group. The home is fitted with a Bose surround sound system that plays music in the master bedrooms. Four bicycles are provided with this home year round. In season (March 15 – Oct 31) this home is also equipped with two sets of beach chairs (each set includes two chairs and an umbrella), set up daily on the beach. Just across the street, there is more entertainment at Camille's Restaurant. This is a local's favorite place to go with live music on Thursdays and Fridays. Sit on your porch and enjoy live entertainment!

The luxury vacation experience continues inside the home. The entire interior is professionally decorated with top-of-the-line furnishings. Travertine flooring spans the entire interior, with the exception of marble flooring in the master bathroom. Every floor features custom and unique designs in the travertine. The three-story home is serviced by an in-home elevator for guest convenience and includes a set of both interior and exterior stairways. Each bedroom has its own balcony, seating area, and flat-screen TV. The first floor houses a bunk room with two twins and two fulls; the second-floor houses a master suite, two king suites, and one queen suite; and the third-floor houses the Grand Master Suite with a stunning master bathroom of calacatta vagli marble from floor to ceiling. All the bedrooms on the second and third floor have beautiful water views.

The main living areas are located on the top floor. The kitchen is fitted with chef-grade appliances, including a Liebherr 48 refrigerator with built-in wine cabinet, Bertozonni 48 dual-oven with a stainless steel hood, two Miele dishwashers, two sinks, microwave, Hoshizaki ice maker, and Perlick beverage center. The kitchen island seats three on bar stools. The dining room provides seating for 30 guests across three tables. There is also a breakfast bar that seats five. The living room features soaring 15-foot ceilings and is equally well equipped to accommodate large parties with an extra-large custom sectional, queen-size sofa, sofa chairs, and leather recliners. All of the furniture in the home is either custom made or from the luxury furniture curator Restoration Hardware. A fireplace makes the living room inviting in addition to the flat screen TV and DVD player with Bose surround sound that provides entertainment. The gathering area is approximately 1,400 square feet of group/family space. Rarely, will you find a beach home as dedicated to group gatherings with space for everyone to eat and relax all in one convenient open floor plan.

With approximately 5,000 square feet of living space and 3,970 square feet of exterior space, this home is ideal for multi-family vacations, reunions, or large groups.
