Tuber’s Paradise Walk to Wurstfest

I stayed with friends in our town. We could not have chosen a better location or a cuter, more comfortable house. We were right downtown, in walking distance to great restaurants and the oodles of local bars. Walking to the plaza for morning coffee and danishes were a bonus. And I can’t forget the Comal river is a block away. Despite the river activities, the house was quiet and after dark very peaceful. I recommend highly.

This house was perfect for our weekend at wurstfest. The location of the house is amazing! You are within walking distance to so many things including the cute downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at this Vrbo and we would 100% do it again. The old home has so much character and the host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We floated the river twice and its convenient location right next to Texas Tubes was ideal. Highly recommend this vrbo to anyone who comes to New Braunfels.

We love staying here so much that we were here last week and came back again this week. This house is situated perfectly for people who wanted to on the Comal. Texas tubes is right down the driveway from where the house is located and if you're going to Schlitterbahn it's less than a 5 minute drive. We will town. definitely be back the next time we're in town.

This house was perfect! The location for tubing and easy walk to the square. It was so peaceful and homey. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The master bed could have been better, but we made the best of it. Sitting on the front porch watching the tubers come and go, drinking coffee and being entertained by all of the deer that live in the neighborhood,,those were my favorite things. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect for a getaway. So close to the Comal entrance. I think it took us 1-2 minutes to walk. House is super clean and stocked with items like scissors. All the appliances work great. Veronica, property manager, is amazing. Very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!!

This was the best property to stay at in New Braunfels! Next to Texas Tubes, minutes from Schlitterbahn and right near the downtown area. Clean, comfortable little house to stay in with plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved our stay and will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this charming cottage for three nights, and it was absolutely perfect. The lovely decorations and thoughtful layout made us feel right at home. Each room had ceiling fans, which was a great touch, and the location couldn't have been better. The cottage retains its authentic charm while offering all the modern updates you could imagine, including tinted windows that keep the house cool and provide privacy. Veronica, the property owner/manager, was outstanding—extremely responsive and always available if we needed anything. The convenience of Texas Tubes being only about 75 yards away made river access a breeze. We brought our own tubes, but whether you bring your own or rent, it’s $25 either way with an additional same-day float for just $15. What you are paying for is easy river access and a bus that picks you up at the end of the float and brings you right back to the entrance. Local restaurants are within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience. There was nothing negative about our experience; everything was simply perfect. The local people are the friendliest you will find. We plan on visiting again very soon. Highly recommend!

We met for my Aunt's 75 birthday. We rented cabins and the blue house. It was wonderful for hanging out. It was also steps feom the Camal River. We enjoyed a float trip too. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gas grill was perfect for cooking out. We used the house as the hub for family meals. We spent most of out time hanging out in the outdoor spaces, which are lovely. Ot was also good for each of us tonhave our own cabins, when we needed down time.
