The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.

➤ When you walk into the front door, there is a hallway to your left.
➤ As you pass through the hallway, there is the laundry room and garage to your left.
➤ Further down the hallway is the master bedroom. It has 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. It also has a Roku TV.
➤ Turning around and coming out of the master bedroom, you will find the kitchen to your left.
➤ There is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.
➤ At the end of the kitchen, is the dining room. It has a table with 6 chairs. An additional folding table is available in the garage with 4 folding chairs.
➤ The dining room opens up into the living room, with a patio door to the backyard on the left.
➤ The backyard has a covered patio with furniture.
➤ The living room has plenty of seating with a relaxing fireplace and a Roku TV.
➤ Passing through the living room, there is a hallway.
➤ On the left side of the hallway is a bedroom with a queen bed.
➤ In the middle of the hallway is the guest bathroom.
➤ On the right side of the hallway are the last 2 bedrooms.
➤ Both bedrooms have a twin xl bed as well as a twin xl bunkbed.
➤ The largest of these 2 bedrooms also has a dedicated workspace with desk, chair and lamp.
➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional $50 pet fee billed separately)
