Tropical Waterfront Pool Home, Private Dock, Kayaks, Direct Access to Tampa Bay!

Everything was as described. The house is beautiful, clean, well organized and it has so many cool amenities. We had a very amazing relaxing time. For sure we would like to be back next year.

House was everything we were looking for. Pool was awesome and being on the channel was relaxing and beautiful. Owners John and Michelle were wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying there and we look forward to finding a time when we can go back.

What an incredible week away. We usually do the main touristy areas but wanted to try something different this year and man are we ever glad we did. This property is a hidden gem. The kayaks were an amazing treat. We took them out to Tampa bay to watch the sunset one night and to swim on a sand bar another time where we got to see stingrays. We had a dolphin swim next to us while in the kayaks and almost daily had one swim by the canal while we were on the dock. The manatee visitor centre is a great local, free event, although your best time to go there is Ianuary and February. The house itself is quaint and has more than enough space for a family of 5 (which is what we were). The host is extremely generous and easy to reach if there is any questions or anything at all. We had zero issues and would recommend the property to anyone. The area is sooo quiet and safe. Enjoyed a morning jog several times in the week and enjoyed meeting several neighbours while out. One thing I will note about the area is that there isn’t too much ground that doesn’t require a bit of a commute, so our kids did get tired of driving everywhere but the home and the wildlife experiences definitely made up for it!

Property is exactly as advertised. Great house with great amenities.. Host is very easy to work with. Hope to be back.

The property was very nice, all you needed was food and beverages. Area still recovering from the hurricane. Considering booking again next December. Host was very responsive as well.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the pool and outside srea was wonderful. Our hosts went above and beyond being gracious and helpful!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep every night. The property was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay—plenty of kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, and even little extras that made it feel like home. The hosts were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help out with anything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Our stay was interrupted by the Hurricane, however this Host did great to assist in our needs, and canceled flights. We hope to return one day, to enjoy the Sunshine and a boat ride!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts went over and above to accomodate all of our needs. Will definitely book again if in the area.

The entire property is very well-maintained, the internal remodel was done very, very well. The home was close to everything that we needed off property. We will be back.
