• Parking: On-site parking in a designated parking lot for all of your parking needs. Parking is first come first serve so please plan accordingly. Trailer parking available for rent with the onsite Marina, outlined below, with ramp fees.
• Sleep in Comfort: Enjoy the master suite with a king-sized bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom including a private balcony looking over the canal. All bedrooms have TVs provided for your convenience.
• Private Outdoor Space: Unwind on your private balcony or patio, where sweeping views of the marina and lush tropical scenery await. Electric grill included, along with an outdoor dining area.

1st Level of the Home:

The Tropical Seahorse features an airy layout and alluring nautical themed décor throughout the entire home. The open concept 1st-floor living area features abundantly cushioned seating centered around a 42-inch TV equipped with DVD/Stereo system. The dining and kitchen area has seating for six at the table and three at the bar stool seating. Entertaining is a breeze with doors that open to your canal side porch with outdoor seating. Enjoy the exquisite canal views and enjoy the ocean breezes.

2nd Level of the Home:

This spacious second-level home features three inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite complete with a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and convenience. The master suite also boasts direct access to a charming patio, perfect for relaxing or enjoying morning coffee. The additional two bedrooms are well-sized and ideal for family, guests, or a home office. The layout is designed to maximize both privacy and accessibility, with ample closet space and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. This level combines functionality and elegance, offering a perfect retreat for all.

Set on over six acres of palm trees and lush tropical plants, Coral Lagoon features Key West-inspired architecture and a private marina, capturing the charm of a classic fishing village. Enjoy a heated resort-style pool, a full-service marina with a dock master, and dining at Frank's Grill or No Name Pub. Art enthusiasts can explore the Shady Palm Art Gallery for unique pieces.

• Book a trip at the Turtle Hospital.
• Book a 3.5-hour Barrier Reef Snorkel SandBar Trip with Sole Watersports.
• Visit the Lagoon on Grassy Key. Add a fun session on the Rum Runner, get an introduction to Kite Flying, or try some wakeboarding. Just hang out at Bongos while the kids enjoy these activities.
• Plan a sunset cruise with Marathon Mermaid.

The villa you're staying in offers complimentary use of a marina boat slip. To use the slip, you are required to execute an In-Kind Lease, and the marina charges a lease approval fee. Additional services provided by the Master Common Area Property, available for a fee, include trailer storage and access to a private boat ramp.

• Lease Approval Fee: $50 (discounted for transit renters), $100 for long-term renters (more than two weeks)
• Nightly Trailer Storage Fee: $27 ($55 if the boat is stored on the trailer)
• Ramp Fee: $11.25 per use

The marina association has specific requirements for any vessel staying on the marina property:

• The boat must have a minimum of $300,000 in liability insurance, with the marina named as additional insured. This information must be provided to the marina by your insurance company, with the additional insured noted on the boat's declaration page. A form will be sent to you at the time of booking, and we will forward this to the marina on your behalf.

• The marina association lease must be fully executed. The process is electronic—you can fill out the form, send it to the dockmaster, or call. Our dockmaster will guide and support you through the lease process.

IMPORTANT: You are fully responsible for your boat while it is in the leased slip or marina, including any costs or damages related to injury, or to the leased slip, marina facilities, or other association property caused by the boat, its owner, or related persons.

    The central location of the condo was perfect for everything we were doing while in the Keys. It was unfortunate that our view of the canal was ruined by construction which confined us to our porch. We were also unable to use any sidewalks on the way to the pool. The condo was in decent shape. The 2nd bedroom mattress was sunken in the center making it uncomfortable to sleep. The porches needed some work as there were many raised nails. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The rental company was very flexible on our arrival and did a fantastic job communicating from pre-arrival to departure. Their instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. We would connect with the rental company again if we come back down to the Keys.

    House was nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Really nice place! The downside was everything on the waterfront was under construction so there was no access to the water which was unfortunate because we came there to fish and it was windy and we couldn't get out on the ocean. we had picked this place so we could fish from the dock in case it was windy. We had access to the marina but it was closed to fishing.

    Tropical Seahorse located at Coral Lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation to the Florida Keys. It has a fully stocked kitchen, great views from the decks and patio, washer and dryer, beach towels provided for use during your stay, access to the shared pool, and plenty room for everyone.

    Clean and good location. A/C broke mid stay but they made sure to get it taken care of ASAP. Boat slip was not available, that was the only thing that was an inconvenience, other than that it was a nice place

    Checking in was easy. Read ahead about how to use the front door lock. Place was exactly like pictured. Location was a little tricky to find since our gps was sending us to the other side of the canal. The unit it’s on the canal corner so it was very peaceful. Would def recommend. Rental company had great communication with us

    This condo is perfect for my husband and myself when we need a little getaway. The house is clean and spacious with a washer and dryer, full kitchen and lovely bedrooms. We are able to rent a boat in the area and dock it right behind the house. Restaurants are all close by on boat or by car. We have rented before and hope to come back soon

    This property is a gem! My husband and I, our two children ages 11 and 8, and another adult couple stayed very comfortably at Cocoplum. We loved having three bedrooms, the full kitchen, and especially the washer and dryer! The pool on site was clean and a welcome relaxation after a full day fishing and snorkeling. It was easy to get into the unit, and there were clear instructions on how to operate WiFi, nearby recommended restaurants, and checkout details. We will definitely stay here again!

    We had a wonderful time staying at Villa #6. Only thing I would recommend is for the TVs to be updated as they are old and do not display cable very well. We arrived by boat and the dock directly behind property was super convenient. Highly recommend it.

    We had a nice time here! Bedrooms were clean and there were extra bedsheets/blankets in every room. I do wish there were more cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, to keep the place kept up during the Stay as well as more than 1 Toilet paper roll for each bathroom. Just little Touches to make it feel more accommodating. The TVs are not smart TVs in bedrooms so they only Offer basic cable, no Netflix. Could have a fire stick or Roku to be a simple Upgrade and fix. Overall, the location was great and it was so nice to have the boat right out back! We would Return for sure!
