Tropical salt water pool home close to beaches,Hard Rock,Airport and Downtown!

Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The backyard is amazing!!

This home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. The owner was awesome and would answer any questions we had within minutes it seemed. The back yard was fabulous. We spent 95% of our time outside in the pool. Thank you Ruya.Another great trip on VRBO. 5 *****Rick & Samara

Our group of 6 had a fabulous and most importantly relaxing experience. The pictures were accurate and the house was clean. We appreciated the amenities(a ton of pool toys, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The pool was beautiful and had a shallow end for sun bathing and deep end for the kids to search for dive toys. The owner was exceptional with response time for minor questions and went out of her way for extra asks. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for taking after dinner walks. Publix and convenience store was within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This house is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a home away from home feeling with a lot of extra amenities. We enjoyed the use of the pool and the outdoor area was perfect for a BBQ with our family. I would definitely stay here again

Every year we go on a family vacation and never know if the house will be exactly what the listing shows. THIS HOUSE was by far the best house we have stayed in. It was exactly like the listing. The property manager was very responsive when we needed them. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids (6yr old & 7mos old). Plenty of room for us all. Greatly appreciated the baby gear onsite (playard crib, high chair, bouncer AND a baby sized pool floatie). Made it so convenient not to have to bring more equipment with us. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard which was so comfortable. The pool was refreshing on the super hot days and the patio gave us enough shade when needed. We ate outside every night and enjoyed the ambient lighting! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the neighborhood location. (I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option) It was good enough for our purposes as we mostly wanted to enjoy a nice private pool which this provided. However, the neighborhood was pretty eclectic with nothing within walking distance. Getting to the beach was a bit of an ordeal with the heavy FL spring break traffic (traffic was not the fault of this home, but definitely a drawback of the location). With traffic it was easily 30-40min to the beach. Probably would be less in the off season. Aside from that, we really enjoyed it and our host Ruya was very responsive and available as needed!

We just stayed at Ruya’s place for three nights for my sisters bachelorette party. We were six girls and it was absolutely perfect. The outdoor area was incredible! We loved cooking breakfast and sitting out back while watching TV and hanging by the pool. The bathrooms were both beautiful and the living room couch so comfortable. Very convenient location to Publix, beaches, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again in the future!! :-)

Wonderful location, close to the airport as well as the cruise port and shopping. This property is amazing for families, plenty of activities to do while at the home and the pool is to die for! Excellent outdoor living space. Owner is very quick to respond to questions and is super accommodating and helpful with suggestions to eat or places to visit. 10/10 for this home… highly recommend to stay at this home.

We returned this year because we love the outdoor area with a salt water pool, lots of comfortable seating, dining table, grill and big screen TV all under roof for Sun protection.

The property was nice and updated. The pool was very refreshing. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. They even went out and bought a Christmas tree and put it up so that “Santa” could put presents under the tree on vacation. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Great pool and outside entertainment area ,very nice accommodations ,would stay there again. The host was available for any questions. No issues, anyone who stays there will not be disappointed. Everything you need is already there
