Great proximity to the activities downtown!

The home was beautiful.The pool was absolutely amazing. the neighbors were super cool. i highly recommend the restaurant in neastalgia next door and the coffee science down the block.

This house was so beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. The owners had a very quick response time. Home is close to everything especially some amazing good spots. Pool was heated and clean, house was spacious, very clean, and easy check in process. Oh and the art all over the house makes for some beautiful photo opportunities BOOK IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This was my first time using VRBO and if this is a representation of what the properties are like im sold! The property was great. Spacious enough for all guests. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The store on the corner sells food as well as beer/ alcohol. We got food from there almost every day. The location was close to the French Quarters. The plan was to take the trolley which is only a quick walk and a few stops away. However we ended up taking Uber which was only a few dollars. Literally almost nothing to complain about other than VERY MINOR items (1 or 2) which were probably tightened up after our departure. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Our group of ten enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Oasis. We loved that it was close to the tram line and that there were several grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is in transition, so we tended to uber at night but did not have any problems. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the small touches from the staff (soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, coffee filters, trash bags and toilet paper were all stocked.) The space worked, and you could see the attention put into it, but it was a bit tight for our group of ten. While everyone had a seat at the dining room table and everyone could sit in the family room, there was not any extra space (a couch to lay down, etc.) when all of us were there. The bedroom with futon also had the backdoor, so when that guest was sleeping, we had to limit our treks to the backyard. Similarly, one of the queen bed rooms had the laundry in the room. Neither was a huge deal, but it made the space seem a bit less usable as we had to juggle using around sleep schedules. The backyard and pool were great. We loved swimming and some of our group enjoyed watching a movie while in the pool. We also used the grill several times and it worked great. There is very limited shade in the backyard, esp. during the day, which got a bit tricky for us with small kids, but would be great for anyone that is a sun worshiper. We'd definitely recommend this space for families and those wanting to explore NOLA.

Ill be honest when i first arrived i wondered if i was at the right place lol, it looks like a diamond in the rough and it truly was. We did feel safe there, no one bothered us, the house is beautiful inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. The gas station/market across the street worked out perfect for us to pick up food/snacks. The Canal St trolley is right up the street, which was great for getting around. I would definitely recommend this place!

The house was exactly what is shown in the listing. It has everything you need, every detail was taken care of. The art work throughout the house of local artists was amazing! Got the New Orleans vibe as soon as we walked in. The house is located a few blocks away from the trolley that will take you to the French quarter. The pool was a perfect temperature and just the right size for cooling off. Tv in backyard made for fun night without leaving the house. There are many stores within walking distance for supplies. The mart across the street was very busy but it was a holiday weekend July 4th. Felt safe despite the house being on the edge of a commercial area. The host gave us a very detailed list of things to do in all areas in the city with great recommendations for activities and food. So helpful! The host responded surprisingly quickly when asked a question and was super attentive. Overall great family house with many beds and comforts of home. Will definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for my family and I! Kids lived the pool. The area was quiet most of the time and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

This stay is absolutely ideal for adult groups and bachelorette/bachelor parties. The property is so divine and relaxing! The pool is the highlight but the decor and art in the place is amazing too! Property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive. Their maintenance cleaning is so appreciative too and transparency of when the schedule it is great! Highly recommend this stay- very convenient location. Would definitely come back!
