Tropical Oasis in Jax Beach was a Beautiful getaway! It was within easy walking distance to the beach. We flew in from PDX, and the hosts kindly allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later to accommodate our flight schedule, such a Blessing!

Great pool and location…six houses to the beach I think. Beautiful home, plenty of space. The only gripe we had was the grill wouldn’t light for the 4th of July BBQ…but I reached out to the owner and I have 100% confidence they’ll fix that. Really enjoyable place for R&R for a week….would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. It comfortably fit our family of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was very clean upon arrival and fully furnished which made our stay easy and stress-free.The only minor issue was the BBQ grill, which is in need of replacement, but we understand things wear out with use, and it certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.If we find ourselves back in this area, we will absolutely rent this home again. Highly recommend for any large group looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located beach house!

The house is in a great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house worked perfect for our family of 10. The pool is very nice. We had some pump issues and the owner was very quick to get the pool guy out to fix it. We will be going back in the future.

This is the third time our family has stayed at the house. We always have a wonderful time. It is clean and comfortable. Great, well stocked kitchen. Love, love, love the porch and pool. Had a problem with the gate locks. Owner responded quickly to resolve.

Layout inside was just right. Master bath wasoutstanding.Pool area was great, very convenient and inviting. Loved being within easy walking distance to beach.Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants.Grill needs to be replace.Total rust inside; unusable..Master mattress not supportive and was inconfondibile

The property was excellent. Just needed 3-4 more kitchen trash bags.Location was fantastic!!Accommodations was pleasant, roomy and very comfortable. Loved it!!

Owner was aggressive and confrontational, notably ENTERING THE PROPERTY WHEN ASKED NOT TO and had UNDISCLOSED SECURITY CAMERAS IN USE and pointed at the pool. Based on this scary and unannounced situation alone, I would not recommend this-or any of the other properties from this owner-to anyone. Upon arrival we immediately reported the cloudy pool and nonfunctional pool vacuum, and the pool was finally clear on the afternoon of our 6th day.Neither of the two pool company employees gave us any kind of advanced notice as to their arrival, which resulted in the final repair (simply dumping an extraordinary amount of chlorine in the water!) requiring a two-hour wait before use right at the time we returned from the beach.We stated as such to the owner which apparently triggered him to show up, angry and unannounced, to 'check out' the situation. We asked him to walk around the side of the house to get to the pool given his visible anger and the several small children inside, but William insisted on storming through his house despite protestation. You can see the owner's same, aggressive attitude in the way he's responded to older negative reviews, which all say the same things we saw such as that the listing photos are clearly several years old, with the furniture, fixtures, and house itself certainly showing years of wear. The random assortment of kitchen items were scratched, burnt, and stained and all serving items were inconsistently stocked (only 7 forks!)

This was a very nice property for all age groups. Great location! Short walk to beach. Pool was another hit for all ages, however no umbrellas were there to get away from the very HOT SUN! No hammock either like the picture shows. Hot tub never got hot. Our M/B bed was AWFUL! Hard and hilly, other family members complained also. Would have loved to give a 5 star across the board but you need good sleep on VACATION!!!

Tropical oasis was perfect for our large family! The pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. It was a short walk to the beach until they started dredging but we made the best of it. That was no fault of the property owner. The property owner was great! We will definitely be back!!!

We had 14 people on our visit. The house was very nice, master bedroom/bath was also very nice. Kitchen very nice. The walls and baseboard could use a new paint job. On the description it said one room had a queen and twin bed, the twin was a cushion chair and didn’t work as a twin bed in my opinion. The pool was so nice to come back from the ocean and cool off in. Yard work needs attention. Overall a great place to stay at. We would definitely stay there again.
