Stayed Apr 16, 2026The layout of the home also worked well, with plenty of space for a group of 10.However, there were several ongoing issues that should have been addressed prior to arrival. I confirmed ahead of time that basic household items (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) would be provided, but what was left was far from adequate—less than half a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and half a roll of paper towels total, which didn’t last even 24 hours. While more was eventually dropped off, it was only after we reached out, and the “starter amount” was not clearly communicated in advance.A major issue was the refrigerator. After purchasing about 800 in groceries, we found the main fridge was completely not working. Although a repair person came quickly and a new fridge was delivered that same night, this is something that should have been checked before our arrival. There was a backup fridge in the garage, but it did not stay very cold and was not a reliable solution.The following day, the septic system in the driveway began to overflow. While it was handled quickly, it added to the pattern of maintenance concerns during our stay.Additionally, the home was not well equipped for a group this size. The kitchen lacked basic supplies, including hot pads, making it difficult and unsafe to cook—we had to use a limited number of hand towels instead.The continuous issues and lack of proper preparation made the stay frustrating. All of these problems could have been avoided.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house met our needs, but needs some minor issues taken care of. The master bathroom had small ants/nets, a door off the hinges in the back bathroom, the fan couldn't be turned on without the light in the back bedroom, one bathroom showed signs of a pressure water problem and the TV remote not working properly. The house has tons of potential if only the attention to detail and the main features/systems were checked and confirmed to be operational beforehand.We would stay again. Hopefully the update will be made.
