Stayed Aug 22, 2025The stay was overall very comfortable. We commented several times that the lighting was odd and the doors are SO squeaky! Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night makes so much noise just opening and closing doors. It was a quiet area though and we had no issues. Quick/cheap uber into Broadway area and The Gulch!

Stayed Mar 6, 2025We rented this place for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect! 10 minute uber to downtown and 10 minutes away to a target for groceries! I would recommend it!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The location was excellent about 15 min away from any activities we wanted to do or restaurants we wanted to eat at. Beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve had in a vacation rental which I super appreciated. Could use better pillows though. Overall very clean, great stay!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024From booking to check out, everything was very smooth and easy. The place was perfect, clean and had everything we need. The set up made it easy to keep things tidy and organized. It was a bit of an Uber ride to get to broadway, but the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood was nice after a long day in Nashville. Would definitely book again with this friendly host.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We booked this house for a party of 3 couples for a fun weekend getaway. The house was super clean and so cute! Very close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely book this house again in the future!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Good overall experience. My family and I had a great time. I think it was a little haunted but that's ok. Its Nashville. Heard voices and no one was there! Lol !!!
