Stayed Nov 7, 2025The location was perfect. It was homecoming weekend and we were able to walk to campus. When we arrived the place was clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely rent again for my next stay in Nashville.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Property is in a nice set of accommodations offset from the road. Place was very clean, well decorated and ideal for access to the city and highways. Clean and just as described. Would rebook for next trip in a heartbeat.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We came in for the weekend for a comedy performance with friends. The condo was very clean and accommodating. We were able to Uber and be on lower Broadway within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Place was very clean and Deron was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Surrounding area was a little questionable but the 4 townhomes were well kept. The shared chill area was really nice and clean.

Stayed May 11, 2023We had a great time in Nashville! The house was clean and well maintained. Very easy to Uber to all the sites. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings.
