Trendy home steps from beach access w/private outdoor pool, gas grill, balcony

If you are looking to have a great time for a large group this home is the one you want. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook 3 meals a day. The entertaining area was a nice size for us and having two refrigerators was a blessing. Being able to take a short walk from the house to the beach was really nice and not to have to worry about parking was a plus. The only thing they need to do is update their BBQ to a new one as this one was past its prime. Otherwise it was a great home and Christmas vacation.

The location. Close to the ocean. Large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms.

Loved this house!! Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was the house was FREEZING when we arrived and we could never seem to regulate the temperature all week. The number pad for entry was a tad challenging but we figured it out

The house was what we needed for our family. Even though on busy street, great location with easy beach access and great pool. House had everything we needed.

this was such a beautiful home. everything was updated and very pretty and homey. tons of room for our large family with extra room with the pool house. easy walking distance to the beach and local market. loved the kitchen with the large table for the whole family with the high chair included. kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. loved the extra fridge for more space. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom ensuite. would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was well maintained overall. - with one exception. Upon arrival we encountered an issue with the front door keyless entry. We called management and the rep tried to assist us but it was determined that there was a problem and was told someone would come to fix the lock but no one came the entire time we were there. Fortunately, there was a lock box for the rear door which worked.

This house was beautiful! We all commented how this would be our dream home and how the location was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, 3 rooms had their own bathrooms while a 4th and 5th bedroom shared one. The living area was open and that was great for our family. The laundry room had all the amenities we needed washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen was fully equipped and it had two refrigerators which was good for storing extra food/drink. The house was a walk-in which was great since we had a lot of elderly guests which we gave the downstairs bedrooms so they wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The pool was a nice size and the pool house was a great addition as it included a tv area, foosball table and a full bath. There was an outdoor shower to get the sand out when coming from the beach. The house was within walking distance of the beach and a small supermarket who had the best donuts. The house was super clean and if I had any questions the owners were quick to respond. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Loved everything about the house except the pillows. Should have brought our own. Appreciated the “off-the-beaten-track location. Easy access to beach and the house was perfection. Kitchen well stocked and decks on both sides of the house for various view and relaxing.

Celebrated my mom’s 89th birthday with her 5 adult children and their spouses. The house was great. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group. Man cave was wonderful. You could have a person comfortably stay in the man cave. House was great.

The house was great all the amenities we needed in the home. Clean spacious and comfortable. Would love to have them accommodate me and my friends next year

Found a spacious beautiful home. Did find the blender at the house broke due to the shaft being rounded out and exterior rear lights need cleaned and bulb changed. Also I'm my opinion 11 would be an easier check out time. We took 2 trash cans to the street as needed.

This house was wonderful. It was spacious and clean. It had everything you need. The kitchen was fully and I mean fully equipped. The whole house was fully equipped. We had a large group in Virginia Beach for a wedding. We are now planning when we can come back to this beautiful beach house.

This house had everything and more. We had enough soap in all bathrooms, laundry detergent and more. Very clean and a great place for multiple family vacations.

Close to everything you need. The house has beach wagons so that made it easy to get everything you need to the beach. The house was really nice and the AC worked amazing despite the hot week. The rooms were spacious and we had a great time at Anchor Down.

Beautiful home. Loved the location. Kitchen was stocked with quality items and had everything you needed. The layout worked perfectly for all family members. Had places to gather and visit with family members and play games as well as places to for quiet time. Love the outside balconies on the 2nd floor. Laundry room was a great size. Beach access was close and it was great having beach carts. Pool area was spacious and chairs plentiful. Great table for playing games by the pool while the kids swam. Loved the game room area. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

When looking for a place to stay for our family vacation we selected this home due to the amenities it offered and the size for our 7 family members. Everything was perfect when we arrived and very clean, we were not disappointed. Check in was very easy as well as check out with very little to do compared to other places we have rented. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very easy and with the placement of the home we were not crowded at the beach. The management staff for the home were great and contacted us soon after we arrived to make sure everything was up to expectations and if they could do anything for us in any way. I would highly recommend a stay here and would stay again if the opportunity was available. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

The older grandkids wanted to surprise their grandmother for a gathering. They choose Virginia Beach I her daughter picked this beautiful home. It was as pictured, clean quite and well stocked if we decided to cook. We door dashed and ate out at Outback for her big dinner Everything is within 5 miles radius. Spacious were no one was on top of each other. The crows nest I missed when looking at the layout was a added space. We will rent this home again

The house itself was nice, clean although slightly in need of updates in the kitchen.
