Stayed Sep 21, 2025The house was exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and grill were perfect for my family. The hot tub and kayaks were a hit with my adult children and my granddaughter had everything she needed at the property. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. Would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Stayed here with my family over the Easter weekend. The house is lovely. Just as described/pictured. All essentials are provided, which makes life just that little bit easier when traveling with kids - cot, towels, shower gel, shampoo, razors, women’s toiletry essentials, tea, coffee,etc, etc.The location is great, as the neighborhood is quiet (nice for walking), and stores are a short drive away (large stores like Walmart, Lidl, Shaw’s and the Falmouth high street stores (smaller more specialist shops). Would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Property was gorgeous, clean and organized. We had a group of 7 with family and friends in after a wedding and this place worked great for us to be together and wind down. Loved the hot tub and brand new appliances - also toby (our bernie doodle) loved walking the Neighborhood and meeting other dogs like Charlotte. We will be back soon - thanks!

Stayed Sep 25, 2024We found chose this property for several reasons. Close proximity to the water, capacity of the house, and amazing options for children. The first two are pretty self explanatory. That being said, the attention to detail for children at this property was fantastic. Having the basement playroom, with the little kitchen nook was amazing. My kids probably spent more time inside than they did outside. We are already talking about booking again. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024The home is exactly like the pictures online, spacious and every room serves a purpose. The bottom floor was precious and it gave my grandson his own space and the adults don’t have to listen to the noise! The second floor balcony area was nice to have dinner/grilling etc. plenty of space for the entire group. Ample amount of beach chairs made it so convenient for baseball games and the beaches. Overall, it was a memorable trip and we created a lot of memories. We would love to stay next year if the timing allows it! Thank you, for sharing your beautiful home

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Our family booked a last minute trip (3 nights) and enjoyed this home and location. There were multiple living areas, which made it easy for the kids and adults to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the private deck, and the beach on Great Pond was just down the street. Also, the hosts were great communicators.
