Trendy Cozy Cottage Clean Bright Three bed, Two bath Patio

The place was perfect! Cozy, roomy, clean, and cute!

It is a very nice place. The host is a lovely person. She accomadated our large breed dog and had plenty of basic amenities. Since I knew from reviews there was no tv we were prepared. Nice downtown area with cute shops.

The Cottage is narrow, but deep. Plenty of room for great comfort. Located away from high density places, but close enough to get to where we needed to be in about a half hour. Another half hour to return to unwind before travel.

This cozy cottage was the perfect place for my family to stay while in town for a wedding. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, the indoor space is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and no one missed TV! Would highly recommend!! Oh, and communication with the owner was great as well!

This was the best Vrbo stay I’ve ever had. The home is so cute, and it’s very clean and presentable from the moment you walk in. I thought the consciousness of a plethora of cleaning rags was much better than paper towels! Anything you need, it’s there. If you need a Vrbo you can cook in, I made 2 wedding cakes in this kitchen! If we make our way back to Maryland, we’ll be looking for availability here first!

This was our second time staying here and we really love it! It has everything needed and is very close &convenient to any outing we did, The house layout works great for our group of six. Already planning our next trip!!

The house was perfect for 6 young adults! We were only 5 minutes from Anchor Marina which was perfect for our group. The fire pit and outdoor set up was nice and we had plenty of space for everyone.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. The house was updated and beautiful! It was stocked with all of our basic needs and the owners quickly responded to any questions, as well as provided suggestions for local places to check out. We especially enjoyed hiking area trails, including the lighthouse, and walking and shopping in North East. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The house is cute and clean small house perfect for 9. Comfortable clean linens were provided. Easy to get to. Close to food and easy to get to University of Delaware. Host was easy to get in touch with. The only thing was no TV at all but we enjoyed our time.

Property was sufficiently stocked and supported 6 adults very well. Loved the washer and dryer. Outside venue needs a little attention. Would recommend nitestands with shelves as opposed to bar stoolsfor additional storageas there are no dressers in the bedrooms.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cottage was perfect! Our family enjoyed staying there. We found the home to be clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Very cute cottage. Comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The patio was really well done. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had nice soap/body wash, shampoo and conditioner. What was unexpected, though, was there was no TV, paper towels or dish detergent. The listing does not mention there isn’t a TV, but I never really looked because this was a first. Also, bring paper towels as the host doesn’t provide. There was also no dish detergent. Overall, these were minor inconveniences during an overall pleasant stay.
